Hi Alex I want this new SoundEnhancement and clearaudio+ but if i flash the zip walkman from pranav my phone freeze after 1 minute and then restart everytime this happens always after 1 minute and if i flash your SoundEnhancement it gives me force close in SoundEnhancement what can i do brother ? ¡¡¡¡ Please help me !!!

Install Acid Sound mod and walkman provided by Acid Team then flash this fix it works

procedure
1 Use root explorer and delete SemcMetadataCleanup.apk from system/app
2 Instal the moded walkman player via recovery
3 reboot and after reboot add line to build.prop ro.semc.clearphase.supported=true
4 reboot and enjoy
Note make sure to make backup before instaling this mod
For Xperia S user , this mod works nicely on XtXperience 7 rom. For some reason it cause bootloop in stock rom, so use it in xtxperience 7 rom.

instal root explorer, go to system folder, there u'll find build.prop, open in text editor and the add line at the buttom of bild.prop after additional- build- properties

I guess it doesnot include clearaudio+ and by the way the above mod is a full port of new walkman from xperia T with new sound enhancement.
With this mod u donot require any other mod

zip has mount system error, and if u manualy mount system and flash it your phone gets into bootloop, so my guess is dont even try this..

Yes it's working fine with all features including clearaudio+, senseme ( I enjoy it),everything. I'm using it right now with xtxperience 7 rom.
Follow my step mentioned above and don't forget to backup incase anything goes wrong.

Ended up with boot loop on my acro-s so I ported it to specifically work on my phone and the sound is just amazing especially when using headphones . The only problem is that xloud volume is not very loud when activated for the phones speaker, so I think I will need to tweak the xloud volume levels abit? but after spending 6hours decompiling editing recompiling the jar files and testing to get clearaudio+ to actually work on my device I think the xloud volume can wait until another day. Has any body got the framework.jar file from a device that comes with clearaudio+ from factory? @op there are a lot of unessessay lib files in your port which are causing the bootloops on other devices oh and a great share btw thankyou.

This player is full port of latest walkman player with all features including clearaudio+ , sense me and everything working. With
this player u'll not need any player or any equalizer software and any mod. Just feel the difference. Yeah i got my working
with xperia s ( XTxperience 7 , i goot bootloop in stock ics, don't know what caused problem but worked perfectly in xtxperience7)
and stock xperia P, u could try with differnt rom and in different xperia device.

Acid Audio Engine not Working I am on cm10 fxp203 and my model no is wt19i.
I follow the exact procedure but still acid audio dosent work.

Check if you have enough space on system/apps. You can extract semcmusic.apk from one of the first two zips and manually move it to system/apps (or system/vendor if you have that partition too).

The sound still reducing when activate xLoud? Have you copied audio effects and sound enhancements from the link above??? I've installed Walkman two times using this method when i've reverted from CM10 to ICS, and each time xLoud was fixed.And btw, activating xLoud from Walkman is useless, because it won't stay checked, it must be enabled from Settings.

I don't know which may be the problem....Did you wiped cache and dalvik cache after flashing?? Or try to delete SoundEnhancements data from Settings/apps. About the lack of "previous track" button in notification bar, this is the Walkman from Xperia Jellybean, and that button is missing because Sony implemented "Expanded Notifications" in Jellybean Walkman, and the full controls are showing only on Jellybean, in ICS is supposed to look like this, without previous button.

I do wipes, I wipe data for sound enhancements but the same thing happens.

Sorry,i don't know why it doesn't works for you.... Everything else (download Music Info,FB Music Likes, ClearAudio+) are working? And no, expanded notifications is impossible to be ported on ICS, because it's a proprietary feature of Jellybean.

Sorry, but I don't know which file is responsible for fixing xLoud, and i'm not a developer... This is just the way I get it fixed...I know it's complicated, maybe a dev with some free time can spot the differences between files from ICS and files from Jellybean, and make a single zip.

You can make a Backup, wipe data, make again a backup & upload, since if you upload your data it would take wayyy longer. Than you can restore the first backup with data included.

hey thanks buddy...i installed the full version..as per ur instructions but i dont see the walkman player in the appdrawer..though the acid audio engine is installed.. is there something i need to do? i booted to cwm and flashed the zip file(full version) cleared dalvik cache too ...pls help buddy..

Don't worry just install the xperia z wqlkman see my signature and then if you don't want xperia launcher uninstall it by titanium backup

revert back by restoring your previously taken backup....no other way it is xperia launcher...

You can try ac!d audio engine with walkman player. I hope it work on 4.3. I have tried Ac!d 5.0, walkman V, and EQ v3 and clearaudio+ on 4.2.2.

I had just tried ac!d audio engine in my xperia mini (CM 10.2 JB 4.3 modded). After flashing, it refused to boot and stuck up in boot logo. If you guys are trying it, be prepared to reinstall the ROM and other stuff all over again.

Try using viper4android for an enhanced sound experience.
1. Install the apk (in attachments).
2. Then open it and grant root permissions to it , It will ask you to install drivers choose the VPF drives and reboot.
3. Now you will see a huge list of preset set it as you wish.
optional You can add different convolers on it eg:- HTC beats and SONY etc.. etc..
For that follow these steps:-
1. Extract the file in the attachments.
2. Put it in sdcard/viper4android/kernel
3. If you dint find the kernel folder inside it then create it .
