Where are the status bar icons located? - Motorola Droid RAZR

What file are they located in? framework-res.apk??
The icon for my vibrate symbol when I set it to silent is very dim. It is not as bright as the other icons and is hard to see against the black background. I want to make it brighter.
I am running a variation of CM10.
Thanks for any help.

I think they are located in the SystemUI. apk, but not for sure.... Try Romtoolbox, with it you can change the Status Bar Icons very easy

Start bar clock color

I've done searching and didn't find anything about changing the start bar clock color. Is there a way to change it to black so I can use a white wallpaper? I looked in Co0kies 1.8.5. but it doesn't have and choice for the start bar color. is there a cab or program? Can it been done even? Thanks!

what i did was, i created a wallpaper purely of what colour i want my taskbar to be...then using Set Wallpaper> Skin XXX> select your wallpaper and you're done...it saves the hassle of installing a cab...

The Text color is set by the Them, Start Menu>Settings>Home , so you can change the theme, but you could also find a theme making app and make your own ...
Thank you for your replies! but i think i asked the question wrong ,,, What I want to do is change the color of the clock in the top bar itself from white to maybe black or dark blue. i have transparent/skinned bars using co0kie 1.8.5 and if I use a wallpaper that is white i can't see the clock as it is white also. So is it possible to change the color of the clock?
I think i no what you mean mate, as far as im aware right now the clock cant be touched, because i wanted to remove the clock and the only way i could do it was use a white wallpaper,

[Q] How to get transparent status bar background

I guess the title says it all really, i want to get the background of the pull down status bar transparent.
In GB it was easy, all i had to do was push my 'status_bar_background' png to systemUI and hey presto it worked.
With ICS there is no such file to replace and cannot find which png decides on the background design
Any help is appreciated

Hmmm, try looking in the themes and apps section

Hide a Notification Icon without Hiding the Actual Notification

Does anyone know if it's possible to hide just the notification icon without hiding the notification itself from pulldown?
Use case: Yahoo Weather app, the persistent notification in the pulldown is beautiful. I want it to always be there. However, the little temperature notification icon is pretty ugly, and I want to hide/disable it.
Using JB's "disable notifications" won't work since it will disable the entire notification, not just the icon.
Any ideas?
Maybe decompile systemui.apk or farmework-res.apk or where the icon is and turn it into a blank icon as in matches the background of status bar?
Or try to decompile Google now and dig through some xml files to figure out how they do it.
Off hand I can't say I've ever tried and don't have a great answer but may give you a start

How can I change the background of my taskbar icons ON THE LEFT?

I'm trying to change the background of my app icons in the status bar. I can use gravity box to change the bar itself, but the background of the icons themselves stays black. I have an app named "Trust". Can't see what the droid is holding in the icon...
Gravity box let's me change the background of the clock and signal icons, but leaves my icons alone...
I am looking for a non gravity box solution, hence the post is here.
Thanks in advance!
Oh yeah, using Stock 4.1.1 in a Huawei Valiant. MetroPCS

[THEME REQUEST] White material theme

Hi guys. I am currently using Minus white edition theme which looks pretty cool, but has some flaws. On the base of this theme, could someone make one that
- Has tinted status bar for Samsung apps
- Has quicksettings shade even or darker than notifications
- Has white lockscreen clock and text
- Has pixelized (Android O) round icons?
I also tried an Android O theme already which does some things better but some worse. For example deep black quicksettings icons - that just looks bad, google always uses some kind of greyish black which is much more pleasing for the eyes.
I would try to edit the theme for myself but that doesn't seem to be possible. I found where they are located but I am not able to find what I search for (and then those qmg files -.-*)
