Does the 4.2 camera not have the option to shoot pictures in a 16:9 aspect ratio?

I have been trying to figure out how to zoom in the ace since the day I got it....does not zoom even on 3mp... Camera zoom fx app does it but it lags an your u have to sit and configure all of it

which app do you suggest to edit 8 MP stills and save in 8 MP again?
I want effects like Instagram
pixlr-o-matic is cool but only saves in 2 MP

has anyone tried to incorporate the gs3 touchwiz feature that shrinks videos picture in picture on a cm9 build????
It would be so amazing to have it or even an app that will imitate it i would pay for that on cm9.....

I was just using the camera and I just viewed the properties of pics and none of them was in full 5MP res, all of them was are in 2.4 or 3.8
Is that the same for you??

Swipe right to bring up camera settings and deselect the 16:9 option located at the bottom of the settings wheel...
This will make the default camera resolution at 5mp...:good:
