On some phones fastboot is disabled
But how did you unlock if fastboot would be disabled? And what happens if you connect your phone and in flashtool you select "reboot in fastboot mode" ?

I connect phone to flashtool and it reboot and don't happen nothing.
(Sorry for my bad English.)

All drivers installed? How did you unlock without fastboot?

I unlocked with s1tool via tespoint method, but i have branded phone.

I unlocked:
(Flashtool)
14/003/2012 21:03:24 - INFO - Your phone is already unlocked. Canceling task
14/003/2012 21:03:24 - INFO - Device connected in flash mode

But i haven't got fastboot because i have branded phone.
What can I do about it?

If you unlocked your phone via testpoint method, then your bootloader should be unlocked and fastboot enabled.
Try connecting your phone in fastboot mode - Hold down Menu button, connect USB cable. If LED turns blue, your phone is in fastboot mode.
And no, kernels only via fastboot for our devices.

[Q] How to flash recovery without USB debugging mode activated on a bricked Nexus S?

Hi,
I had flashed the NexusXperia ROM on my Nexus S just recently. After trying it out I restored the stock ICS 4.0.4....
For some reason the phone keeps on showing the HD bootscreen continously without starting up....
I thought of clearing the dalvik and re-installing via restore however now that it's not got any recovery neither is it being detected on my pc....
I remember deactivating the USB debugging mode and probably this could be the reason it's not being detected....
Is there a way to flash recovery without debugging mode switched ON or is there a way to simply switch ON the USB debugging mode from bootloader screen....
ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED ON THIS....
I have tried on windows 7 as well as on Ubuntu....but the device is not detected....thanks in advance.....
- DarKmentoR
On the Nexus S, holding Volume Up while turning on the power will load the bootloader and from there you should be able to use fastboot to install a custom recovery using fastboot. You should not need USB debugging enabled for this to work.

< waiting for device >

Just keeps on waiting for the device....adb not able to detect the device too
The phone is in the bootloader mode and fastboot doesn't detect it? Sounds like it is completely broken then, your only option may be the UnBrickable Mod: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1566475
Ok...i can see a "FASTBOOT MODE" written in red when i switch on using Vol+ & Power....
Which mode is it ? Fastboot or Download....?

Fastboot is the mode you need to be in for fastboot.exe to detect the phone. Put it into that mode and try to flash the recovery with fastboot.exe using the command you posted above.
I have HUAWEI P smart. I am searching for a firmware for flash my phone.

to enter fastboot in flashtool we have to press volume up key while connecting, but volume up key is not working in my phone.
so is there a way to install cm10 in flashmode itself

But you can't install a custom rom in flashmode. Try to reboot in fastboot mode using adb. Setup adb on your PC and reboot using adb or click in flashtool on "reboot in fastboot mode" when your phone is turned on

[Q] XZU Bootlooping NO Recovery LOCKED Bootloader

Hey guys,
I just experimented with some sound libraries and so on...
now my device is bricked.
I don't get into recovery (pink led, not turning on), flashtool does not allow me to reflash the stock-rom, and fastboot-flashing also doesn't work, because my bootloader is locked.
Is there any possibility to unlock the bootloader from outside, without having the stock-rom running?
Or any other possibility to get this thing working again?
Would be really happy, if someone has an idea
Thanks

Flashtool (EMMA) says, my bootloader is locked -> I have to unlock it but thats not possible without a running system. for flashtool I just pressed vol down and put the cable in like it is described everywhere.
for fastboot I did the same, but vol up. Then the LED turns blue, but I can't even reboot it via fastboot command.
USB-Debugging is also deactivated, so I don't know how to access the phone.
EDIT: just tried again: reboot over fastboot works, but erasing or formatting is not allowed. Flashing not possible because there is not enough space it says
EDIT II: ok, just got the bootloader unlocked via fastboot. now trying to get the stock system on to enable usb debugging and flash custom rom then
EDIT III: just solved it. how? 1. Unlock bootloader via fastboot 2. let EMMA do a service 3. enjoy again

Could you get into fastboot mode?

I not get into fastboot mode!

Volume down did nothing.
Volume up started a firmware update that is stuck at 0%. Had to remove the battery to reboot.
