No download mode ... that's bad.
Can you boot into recovery mode (Volume UP + Home + Power till recovery menu appears)?
If yes, then your phone is only semi-bricked.
Have a look here hw to fix a bricked phone => http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1457458
With a working rcovery mode, you can try to wipe data/do a factory reset.
If that does not help, you can flash the ROM (if it is a CWM recovery) again.
If it's stock recovery, then flash a rooted kernel with CWM recovery like PhilZ-cwm6 kernel (=> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1877270) - use the kernel zip file and flash it in stock recovery.
Then you can boot into CWM rcovery and flash the ROM.
Good luck !
P.S.: If neither download mode nor recovery mode work, then your phone seems to be hard-bricked. If you are still on warranty, bring it to a service center for repair/replacement.

thnx sir but my phone is neither coming in download nor coming in recovery mode and hard bricked..I bought it from UK H3G and currently i m in India. So, they will not repair it in warrenty...Is there any other option or how much it cost to me?

If you have no warranty, take it to a local mobile repair shop & have it looked at. Or contact Samsung by email & ask them who does authorised repairs near where you are.
I doubt you'll be solving this problem yourself.

What is JTAG repair? I heard somewhere that bricked phone can be repaired by JTAG.

These guys do JTAG repairs, if you do a Google search you'll find others (ask local mobile repairers near you, they may also do JTAG's). This might be the cheapest option if it can be JTAG'd; you're only going to find that out if someone who does them has a look at your phone.

Firstly, wtf is JB 2.7??
If you cant power on your device try using USB Jig. If that doesnt work then its flucked and needs a new motherboard.
What exactly is a JB 2.5?
Sorry if is not clear
i have use this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1436854
and update my first rom (2.5 to 2.7)
After this i have restart , and nothink happend after this ..
i have buy the Jig USB , and try (this morning) nothing .. the S2 don't start anything ..
what i can do after this ? the Emergency start don't work , jig usb don't work .. i'm totaly lost
i hope anyone here can me help ?.??.?
If the phone won't boot, and you have no download mode or recovery, the phone's Donald. There's no pixie dust that's going to magically fix it.
Service centre & hope they either don't notice or don't care you've been messing with the phone so they fix it under warranty (and they're quite entitled to charge you for it given you borked the phone), or it may be JTAG'able which will probably be cheaper than Samsung/authorised repairer fixing it if they do decide to charge you for the repair.
Maybe you didnt check your battery level when flashing and it sucked all your juice... try charging your phone
Edit: Where the hell does it say to use odin to flash RR Rom...
Sent from my tomato using xda premium
How the hell did you flash RR Rom using ODIN?? Didnt you read the instructions

perhaps a USB Jig may be of use to you in this situation to get you to download mode (Check my sig if you need a USB jig)
once you go to download mode, you can get to flash a stock firmware from odin
cheers!
By bricked doesn't that mean it's better off at a repair shop?
Since you can flash through odin. Tried flashing stock fitmwares? there's a site where you can download them.. Google.
Bricked ??? the OP may just be saying fully bricked without knowing .
Service job is paid for no warranty .
OP does not mention recovery mode .
jje
just try to go to samsung center and they will give their warranty. because they can get into download mode too so they can check your binary count dude

Sorry for quoting the op
Flash stock rom
Then go to stock recovery
Wipe data
Reboot..
Let me know if this works
Solved now
Hi all
thanks for all,
I got the solution , i Flash bootloader with odin.
Now my phone is stared but not getting able to register in Mobile network , seems my IMIE number is lost ,
I have old nandroid backup i am going to restore to store my IMIE
Thanks All for your help
Hate to break it to you, but restoring a nandroid isn't that likely to bring your IMEI back. If you're very lucky, flashing a stock rom for your country/carrier (if you're already running one, flash others) might bring it back if it's a case of temporary IMEI loss. If not, many mobile repair shops (not Samsung service centres) should be able to write the IMEI back to the device relatively cheaply. And if not, a Samsung authorised repairer can do it (or they may replace the motherboard which has already been suggested to you), but that can obviously be somewhat expensive.
Or if lucky op might find a efs backup somewhere in internal memory

Help Repair Totally Dead Boot for SGH-I757M

I flashed i wrong custom ROM for SGH-I757M and now it can't boot. I tried looking around threads and came across this one here but it was for GT-I9100G version of the Galaxy s2. I have the bell Canadian version. Any clues on how i can fix it? It would totally help.
Stock firmware from Samfirmware, boot into download mode, flash with Odin. Can't boot into download mode ? Try a jig. Still can't boot into download mode or boot the phone at all ? Service centre or local mobile repair shop.

[Q] GT-I9300 wont boot, ROM wiped

i have a samsung galaxy s3 (gt-i9300) it was running a custom ROM when i got it but i wanted it back to the original samsung software, so i wiped the phone through recovery mode from the rom as the volume buttons are broke on my phone, after wiping it my phone will now only come up with the boot screen saying 'Samsung galaxy Slll GT-I9300' with a red exclamtion mark at the top left corner, is there anyway i can fix this my self as i need my phone working
You did more than just a factory reset, if you used format then you may have bricked it.
Try flashing the stock firmware for your country from sammobile.com, using Odin. Follow the guide in general forum sticky thread.
This happened to me too. Flashing the stock firmware solved it.
Better be careful with those format next time
Well,
If your volume buttons are broken there is only one way to go to recovery to flash stock.
Buy an USB jtag from ebay.
