Disable status bar dimming. - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I realize that some apps dim the status bar.
Is there anyway to disable the dimming effect?
I frequently missed SMS. Additionally i have to pull down the notification bar to read the message as the scrolling effect when new SMS comes in is disabled.
In ICS i do not have this problem only in JB. am running Siyah kernel + Omega rom since june.

[Q] Blackhole rom, no time in notification bar

I installed sonofskywalker3's blackhole revolution, and im guessing it just doesnt have the time in the notification bar, and i was wondering if there was any way to get it back?

good day.

[Q] Notification bar / windowshade at bottom?

The screen on this phone is too damn big for me to reach the notification bar one handed!
Are there any Touchwiz-based ROMs which retain all the built in features AND have the setting to put the notification bar at the bottom instead of the top?
CM is not an option as it dispenses with all the TW stuff.
While I'm about it, I may as well ask if a ROM with the above feature and also some sort of fix for the low auto-brightness setting exists as well?

[Q] Display ongoing apps in notification shade

Previously my S3 could display whatever apps that was running in the notification shade (pull down notification / status menu thingy). It was simple to switch between apps this way. After I upgraded to JB, this function was gone. I can't remember what app it was that made that happen or was it something in ICS.
Does anyone know how to get this function back or what app I could get to achieve this function?

[Q] ICS quick toggle bar in JB? Want to toggle "disable all notifications"

Is there a possibility to get the ICS notification bar (with the option to disable all apps notifications with a toggle button) in Jelly Bean? I have now the Omega v31 ROM installed on my Samsung S3 but another Rom also is an option for me if just the ICS notification bar is possible.
I know that Jelly Bean can disable notifications per app. But in ICS I had a toggle button which disables all notifications on the upper left site of the screen? Or maybe there is an app/widget which does the trick but I can't find one. Searching for days now...

Change toggles in notification bar...

When I pull the notification tray down I don't have wifi in there. Is there anyway to change them?
Not with a the stock ROM. Verizon added an ongoing notification (which you should see) to turn wifi on instead of a toggle. Beans and CleanROM remove that ongoing notification and allow you to customize the toggles including adding in a wifi toggle.
Is this the popup that shows every time I open an app? If so, I shut that off...it was so annoying!!!
