How to rid of the l2 hsic wake lock?? - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Been annoying for these past nights, previously battery drain was less than 5 percent, now it's like more than 20 percent. Ridiculous. Any tips? Running omega v31.

I thought this thread about templ(e) run

Hahaha yeah so did I.
Yes the phone gets hot. Mine have been up to 45C.
I would say normal running temp is 37-41C.

heh? what's the app u use for temp checking?
i use TempMonitor and my max temp is 55C (playing games like Nova 3). it's normal considering it's 45 nm processor with no active cooling. even HOX can go to 68C. i didnt get any performance drop. playing Nova 3 for 45mins with my friends, if there's performance drop, i wont be the in first rank
I have the Temp+CPU widget and it shows the battery temp, it can go up to 47 sometimes after browsing the internet and nothing more!
My record is 47'C

I used Android overclock

I noticed it when i saw my phone wouldn't come out of my "temp to hot" profile

[Request] Battery drain app with time log

Could anyone create an Android app that will use a lot of battery (maybe using the phones functions like wifi etc) to drain the battery and then when the battery reaches 1 or 0% it logs how long the battery lasted.
This could then be used to compare battery life on a range of Android devices.

Just drain the battery to 1 % then charge it to 100 %. Repeat. You can try to use reset fuel gauge in extweaks also.

Are you using a battery mod? Do you have any other mod attached?

I too am experiencing massive battery drain, and have a kernel wakelock called 7-0022, of which I can find no mention of on the net. Have not yet been able to isolate or eliminate this problem.
