[Q] default google apps - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
I installed jellybam today. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1940096. But i cannot see Google Music, Google Latitute, Google Maps. How can i install them? I tried latest gapps but noting changed.
Please i need your help

gapps are in jellybam rom included but instead of google play music there is apollo music, maybe you have to get maps from the playstore if you didnt see that.

try re flash with clean install. take backup first.
hope it might help:good:
edit: i thot all the google apps wer not installed. in this case post above me (jay92) is rite.

hi, is there anyway to synchronize all your Google Apps that've been already installed at once? What happened to me was when I installed jellybean rom and rebooted the phone first thing phone asked me was if want to synchronize google account, but it didnt allow me to turn on wifi and I had to say no. And then when I was able to turn on wifi none of my apps were downloaded to the phone now I have to go to foogle play/my apps and manually download each one. Is there any way to download them all at once? Thanks

I think no one knows the solution

You have to clear market data, use market enabler and then sign in to a vpn. I access the US play store using this method and I can assure you that it works.

im a android noob can pls give me a step by step guide. thnks
the way i do this is, uninstall the play store.......
get the current ics gapps and flash them.....the new market that it puts on your phone shouldnt have that problem.
infact i will test this real quick, i am having the application is not compatible and error when trying to buy apps. just have not needed to do fix it yet.
First of all, are you rooted?

You don't need to download any app.
Flash gapps zip from recovery and you get it working.

After along time trying to download it gives an error message, something like google could not update, try again.
Go to options/ apps. Choose play store and delete data, cache, and so on....
Go to settings/accounts, delete ur gmail account and don't create another. Now go direct to Google Play app and sign in there again with ur old account. Worked for me..

Okay no problem! That means it's just stock
So you have tried to wipe the data of the playstore, google play services, etc?

I dont have playstore and google play services lol I just have the Android market, and yes I wiped out all the data, the updates from the market, restarted the phone and nothing. I am using wifi, or I should try using the mobile internet? After deleting all the data I have not tried to download with the mobile internet, but I had the problem with it as well.
You could try searching for the latest Google play.apk and install it on your phone, maybe afterwards it will work. Because the market is the old version of the google play store...

Btw, mihahn is asking you to go to the Internet using your computer or phone and search for the .apk file for Google Play and install
Basically search : google play 3.10.14 apk.

Here is a link with the old gapps which have Google Now (Velvet.apk) included:
http://code.google.com/p/minicm/downloads/detail?name=gapps-jb-20120813-signed.zip&can=2&q=
Just flash it in cwm.
Alternatively, you can extract the system/app/Velvet.apk and install it normally...
