Stylus

HI all, im new here
I have a question, i bought MDA today and don't have Stylus. In my country Stylus for this model is rare. Now my question:
is there another model of PDA with same Stylus?
greetz bulcek
hi,
1. what MDA model did you purchase? are you certain it is the blueangel?
2. what country are you from?
these things are essential to the process.
in general i would say that it is unpractical to use another model's stylus as there are no perfectly fitting ones from other HTC models. some are quite similar but would not fit the back compartment exactly. as i lost my stylus too, i can tell. i tried and contacted t-mobile, thinking a high-class business phone like this would be supported over more than just one year, which was a mistake. these stylus seem to be in stock nowhere, where i checked. they offered me, to order one and i would have had to pay 12.95 eur for one +pp. i went and substituted the missing stylus with a universal one in a pen. which was fantastic, but now i use sun_dream's wm6.1pro build 20758 which is fingerfriendly and with the newer versions of SPB fullscreen keyboard you don't need a stylus at all.
anyway, if you still happen to have the desire to get one, i would recommend ebay, where (in germany at least) you can get 3-packs of blueangel styluses for 1.00eur +pp. if that however is not applicable for your country, as soon as you posted it, i can look up online shops that still sell them for your area or ones, that at least ship it to your area.

thx 4 answer, I found it on allegro.pl
but, substitutions can work like original or it will be much worst?

Samsung S2 Compatible Accessories ATT vs Sprint vs Others

Hi guys,
I'm on eBay searching for a bunch of cheap accessories like a case and screen cover for the Galaxy S2. I noticed many models say "i1900" which is the (international?) model.
Does anyone know if the 'body' size of the Samsung S2's are the same, or are they carrier specific? If so, any recommendations on AT&T case covers and screen covers?
Thanks!

Any external differences between S 2 models?

Probably dumb question (sorry!): Is there any exterior difference between the various 'flavors' of S2?
I'm mostly interested in differences that would affect a dock/car dock or a case as I'm about to order some stuff from the UK (mobilefun.co.uk). Now that's for the i9100, and I've got the T-Mobile variant
I'd been assuming that all S2s were the same externally (just different radios, antennas, etc.) - but now I see separate car docks for the At&T model and the T-Mobile model. I'm hoping that that's just some sort of marketing deal Samsung has with those carriers, but I thought I'd better check before making a trans-Atlantic oops.
Thanks!
I ran into the same thing with carrier specific cases. I believe the AT&T version has the speaker on the right instead of the left. Not sure about the T-mobile. Maybe check pictures/360 view on their website. They should have pics of their model not generic Samsung pics.
Good luck.
You should look up the specs of the individual phones. The T-Mobile version is bigger than the ATT and i9100 versions. From what I can tell the i9100 and the ATT versions are the same dimensionally. I'm using that ATT home and car docks with my i9100.
Yes there are some differences, especially between international models and USA versions,
for example, i've noticed a certain american version (forgot which one) has a bigger screen,
also another american version (AT&T) the buttons at the bottom of the phone are different than the international version.
Other than the internal differences ofcourse.
cheers
I found the multiple pages inside samsung's us website for the versions going to the different carriers:
t-mobile version 5.11" x 2.71" x .37" weight 4.77 display 4.52"
at&t version 5.15" x 2.75" x .37" weight 4.66 display 4.50"
sprint version 5.11" x 2.74" x .38" weight 4.60 display 4.52"
The speakers are, indeed, in different places, and the t-mobile version back is quite different, covers the entire back, including the speaker, which is on the left, as you look directly at the back.
I also ended up with a 'near field' equipped battery, so I guess there's gear to drive that as well.
Glad I asked, as I'd have ordered the wrong case from the UK. Pity as I really wanted that flip-cover screen protector, as I hate looking through screen protectors, but not nearly as much of a pity as having the wrong case in hand and trying to figure if it was worth shipping it back to the UK for a refund.
Thanks everyone!
Pleases note, that this is the wrong forum for the T-mobile SGS2, this is the right forum section.
Just a fyi before you try to flash anything and brick your phone.
Thanks! I hadn't gotten that far (still reading up - and clearly was reading up on the wrong stuff).

What S7 SM-G930F (Exynos version) battery?

I've been looking at the samsungparts website and they have multiple versions of the 930F and each has multiple batteries in its respective section, by that I mean it has two batteries listed with different a part number each and slightly different price.
I don't know which one to order. Why would they have two batteries listed?
Sent from my [device_name] using XDA-Developers Legacy app
If someone knows please let us know because i'm interested too.
From what I can tell, every S7 variant (snapdragon/exynos) uses the same exact battery. Which makes sense from a manufacturing standpoint.
here's a tip though, don't order one that says Samsung on it. Samsung doesn't sell replacement batteries so they are all counterfeits. I tried one and the connector broke off about 2 months after installing (it broke off inside the phone, with the back glass sealed... wtf?)
Find another brand on amazon or some other website you trust and order a battery that is highly rated, it's your best option.
EDIT: Wow, did not know that there was a genuine Samsung parts distributor... Here it is
This is what you want:
https://www.samsungparts.com/GH43-04574A-BATTERY.html
Model is GH43-04574A / EB-BG930ABE
EDIT AGAIN: I see what you mean about the different Model Numbers, GH43-04574A VS GH43-04574C. I'd assume they are just from different suppliers, or perhaps a slight revision, but they should both be compatible. Order either you should be fine.

Samsung does have replacement batteries, they just don't retail them it doesn't mean an approved service center cannot buy them and resell them. In addition others simply buy new phones and part them but indeed most of those are counterfeits.
I am currently also looking to buy a replacement battery for my S7 but all these sites in EU dont seem trustworthy. Places like samsungparts.eu and samsung-parts.net kinda look like the usa one but i cant find any real information about them if they are official one's.
I think snapdragon
