the biggest problem of modding whatsapp is they always updates and sometimes its need the new version to make it conncect to the server...

Its not available.. but it can be easily made available
I can try making one.. but I will need to have both your phone's ROM's SystemUI.apk and also the SystemUI.apk of that phone's ROM (from that image above).... Because I need those image files shown on that screenshot above...

It depends. If your device is running CM10 or CM10.1 you just need to use a theme
