[REQ] App drawer icon - Nexus 10 Themes and Apps

Does anyone have a high res app drawer icon? The one used by nova looks blurry to me.
Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk HD

Isn't there a high DPI icon setting, or is that only in cm10?

No there isn't. Anyone got a high res one or can make one please?

I just made one (or two) for you - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=35719297&postcount=7.
Feel free to criticize it if it doesn't suit your needs.

Thanks, it looks great!

Dialer at 240 dpi

Its not fitting to the screen, just fills up a little patch that's centered on the left side. Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

Try an alternative dialer. Samsung Touchwiz dialer is dpi specific so it won't scale. I currently use exDialer. This dialer scales, looks and works better, IMHO.

[Q] iOS-like launchers?

Hello guys!
I'm looking for a replacement home to my Galaxy Tab. I currently use iLauncher but I want something new that is iOS like. By iOS like I mean something that doesn't have an app drawer, which I kinda find useless. It would be cool if I could add widgets to the screens.
Apart from iLauncher and Espier (too much ads), do someone knows some launcher that have those features?
try MiHome Launcher

If you don't like espier, than you won't find anything better. Espier is best in emulating ios style. Every other launcher are just crap with ugly icons and shiny dock...

Espier has too many crap with it... Also, I don't want a perfect emulation of iOS style, I just want a launcher where all apps are on homescreens and it doesn't have an app drawer.

Does Nova Launcher effect these things....

Hello,
I'm kind of new to these launchers. Just got Nova and wanted to maybe hear from some of those who may have used it a bit longer on their HTC one.
Since installing nova, Have you seen changes in
1) Battery life
2) Camera
I was curious to wether or not sense 5 has anything to do with the quality of the photos of the ultra pixel camera
Thanks yall
-Nick
The launcher doesn't get rid of sense and it doesn't effect the camera.

The only thing Nova changes from Sense is the transparent status bar. (Which I miss) Also, you cant use Sense clock widget on Nova.

Nova is good for hiding the blink feed if that feature annoys you

Search HTC Sense 5 Clock on these forums. It's a skin for fancy widget, comes pretty close to the original.

Wallpapers!

I can't seem to find any wallpapers that look great besides the stock ones. I have the Backgrounds HD app, and the wallpapers are beautiful. They look great. However, once they're cropped down to fit the screen, they don't look anywhere near as great.
So, post your wallpapers! I could use some high quality walls that look great.
I agree. I want some nice looking wallpapers too

I think my problem is with my Nova setup. I set my home screen WP to not scroll as I like it set to infinite scrolling. When wallpapers are cropped to fit just the portrait part, it seems their quality diminishes by a lot.

I'd love to have a few listed as well, mine are getting old.
Search... took 2 seconds to find this.

Tried Wallbase app?
Why don't just google for hd wallpapers.
All of the wallpapers from here fit perfectly.

use zedge... and if you hate the ads, get root, f droid, and adaway
I use pictures that I take myself. My car, dad's truck, siblings/family, etc. They all look great in 9.6 MP shots

HD wallpapers should be pretty easy to find. I know Google Play has tons of wallpaper apps, which include HD W.P's.... but you could also search Google images for any picture in general. Download it, and scale it down to size within Android when you apply it.
Check out MultiPicture if you want to use more than one image per screen
Been using origami live wallpaper...pretty cool looking. In the play store.

I just use Zedge. Most are more than "full HD." One I'm using for my lockscreen is 2160x1920

I also use Nova Launcher and chose portrait setting when setting a wallpaper, and I have set scroll to "off" in Nova settings . I use wallpapers from here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nasthon.wpcasa , https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appmox.artcasa , downloading a wallpaper chose the top "highest resolution setting", my favorites are under the Art/Design category. Also when initially setting a wallpaper, when you click on the menu button do not chose Nova, but go to System settings>My Device>Display>Wallpaper>"I choose" Home and lockscreen> then pick the wallpaper you downloaded form Casa HD, enjoy.
Reddit has some pretty nice ones!

Themer 'Smart Launcher' Style App Drawer?

Just thinking how cool it would be if themer had the choice to change the style of app drawer, maybe with a smart launcher style auto-categorize, that along with the option of applying icon packs just to the drawer. Also, lastly, am i the only one who would gladly pay for the use of themer? if it would mean improving the quality of the app?
