Which ROM is good for Xperia Sola ICS? - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Hey guys! I'm currently using Ultimate Sola Rom by pulak! Awesome rom... But, do you have a Rom which is suitable for gamers like me? Btw, I haven't unlock my bootloader yet... Help guys.. Modern Combat 3 and 4 doesn't work as smooth as I was expected....
Sent from my MT27i using xda app-developers app

sad right? im asking sola users to give feedback after using the roms but no one reply............there r too many in xda list n i dono which to choose........

You won't get an answer because it's rude to the devs. More popular forums will have the mods closing your thread for this reason.
Also, rom A may work for me, but will not work for you. The only thing you can do is try them out.
And the Ultimate Rom is pretty much barebone. If it still lags, then it's the game requiring way too much resources than what the Sola can provide on stock =\

I am using Ultimate sola Pulak's Rom and i dont find any lag on the game.. i tweak it wil the tools readily available on playstore..
Nofrill CPU with 1ghz both/on demand and vm heap tool from the developers of nofril and increase the size to 60m and you will definatly find difference.
He is also working on OC kernel which will push the clock to 1.15ghz, i think it is due now so you will get some really nasty speed on your device...
do let me know after the tweak.

I'm currently using Fluidity ROM from pulak861!!! Awesome! No lag at all....

[Q] Best GAMING rom for Xperia x10

Hey, i want to play those games:
Assasins Creed HD
Asphalt 6 HD
N.O.V.A. 2 HD
GTA III
Brothers In Arms 2 HD
The Sims 3
ShadowGun
ModernCombat 2 HD
and many other
But they are all to laggy on non-gaming roms.
What is best rom, and tweaked special for playing this games (like build.prop, xperia play, sony gm etc..)
Pleas help me to choose what rom for gaming to install.
Feralab Gaming Rom, DiKeJ(Private, cant find link for download, but i see this is the bestes gaming rom)...
What rom to use?
To get my Gaming ROM you need to have Premium account from me. How to get this? It's not public question, cause XDA not allowed to post payed ROMs.
Can you send me instruction on pm or email how to get premium acc. and download your rom?
Is that "premium" rom free?
Sent from my X10 using XDA

every ICS rom is great for gaming. I played gta 3 and asphalt 6 with just a little bit of lag, sometimes smooth.
Gingerbread ROMs r ment for gaming as ICS is a battery hogger when it comes to X10.. so use techdevils gaming ROM or some other sure light ROM....

Hey
I tried a lot of roms for gaming and my opinion is that this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1846760 is one of the fastest for gaming but you miss a lot of apps (dunno if you can install them speratly)

[Q] Gingerbread or ICS

I have a Sony LWW, and i want to know which os is better. i have tried both and also some custom roms. The stock one en GB is really smooth and bug free, but the ICS features are reallu cool. ICS is kinda laggy on stock rom, and with custom rom it's ok, but not as good as GB. What do you recommend?
Gingerbread.
There are no point of flashing ics on our phone. Except custom ics rom I guess
Sent from my SK17i using xda app-developers app
Gingerbread of course!
Sent from my WT19i using xda app-developers app
ICS. I mean it depends, if you want your phone for gaming, then Gingerbread it's better for you. But I actually have new HD games installed on my phone, and they run pretty well. What I like more about ICS it's the UI. I think it's really nice. I also like it because of the task manager (when you long press the home button) it's really useful. But it's up to you, personally I would recommend you to upgrade to ICS. I hope Sony will release an update and correct some bugs, but I have some time using ICS, and it doesn't seem to be so laggy at all.
HD games like asphalt doesnt seem yo work on ics. Ics ui is way much better

I have Aphalt 7 (the newest) installed on my LWW with ICS, and it runs very smoothly...
I also have Modern Combat 3, N.O.V.A.3 and the Amazing Spider-Man running on my WT19 with ICS. No problems at all.
What ics rom are you using? And where did you get asphalt7?
Sent from my WT19a using xda app-developers app
Ill go for ICS latest OS and have gr8 UI... For me its batter then GB only thing on ICS i dont like is HD Video Recording lags and scrolling is bit laggy... Games are working f9 for me i dont play HD games, but i have tried Asphalt 7 and The Amazing spider man working pretty well...
FOR DOWNLOADING ASPHLAT 7 Search it on google. cant share u the link coz u already know why...!
ICS. Its running perfectly on my Live. after upgrade, if yours lags and performs slower, format SD card and repair firmware thru PCC.
ICS. Its look great and its fast

I'm using stock ICS rom.
And about asphalt, I can't tell you because it's against the rules but search for it on google, it's already out and works great on my Live.
Thanks Man. I upgraded yo ics stock and i'm using The Xperia s launcher and apps. I've finally got my ics yo run smooth
Sent from my WT19a using xda app-developers app
I liked ICS, and i put the Galaxy sIII launcher, my cell run very smoothly
Vote for ics
Great features.. decent UI (better than GB), but one drawback is it lags while playing HD games (virtua tennis).. Other than that it's gr8!

Xperia MDPI GB Rom

Hello friends, I have small problem. I want to downgrade to GB my Mini Pro, but I don't know what custom (or maybe stock firmware) are best. I have focus on free RAM, fully working hardware keyboard, ultra smooth in using and games, fantastic sound quality, in one word - bugless. And lagless ofc. ICS is too heavy to me, I want to save some my battery and have smooth phone without any lags. Thanks for advice guys

The comparing of roms is strictly prohibited. If you want to find the best rom try them out yourself and determine which are the ones you like.

There are a lot of ROMs with Xperia UI.....

gettin bored with xperia ui, I think you just focus with AOSP. n don't forget to buil for lww, will be glad to test it
If You want to build Your rom smooth and superfast - don't add Xperia apps, just minimize this rom for best expierience of new beast
Sent from my Xperia Mini Pro using xda app-developers app
Currently having 60% aosp and 40% xperia ui looks nice i try full aosp now.
BTW: Batterydrain is 25% in 5 hours normal use( wifi turned on and mobile network) i think thats bad i will try some other things
Edit:
Using full AOSP now extremly smooth now:thumbup::thumbup:
Sent from my Xperia Mini Pro using xda app-developers app
yes, don't add much xperia apps it only slow down the system.I know what i speak, one time i have a rom with a lot of useless xperia stuff and the rom was lagging as hell.I think you better make AOSP.About the battery drain it is little big but not so bad.
Good news for You - now, I have faster 3g internet connection in my mobile, so I can download it directly from my device. If You do it and upload - just give me link on PM
Sent from my Xperia Mini Pro using xda app-developers app
Hey mate!

Since almost all roms are based on xperia look..
Yup, AOSP - simply looks and great power!

Ok im finished with building im only trying some scripts at the moment i may upload today and send the links to the testers.
Edit:

Edit:
