Sixaxis app does not work? - Nook HD, HD+ Themes and Apps

Anybody? Cm10 rom hd version

i think bluetooth is still one of the features that needs to be ironed out in these early CM10 builds. but sixaxis works great on a rooted nook hd+, have you tried doing that instead?

[Q] Slingplayer Mobile on Touchpad

Hello all,
I have an older slingbox. I have tried to install the slingplayer for tablet to my touchpad running CM9 Alpha 2. It installs fine but won't allow me to view my slingbox saying it is not compatible for the player, it has to be a slingbox HD or Pro.
The thing is, I have slingplayer mobile (not tablet) working just fine with it on my droid incredible running ics.
I installed the mobile (or phone) version to my touchpad and it tries to start then just goes back to the home screen.
How can I get slingplayer mobile (not the tablet version, but the phone version) to work with my touchpad cm9?
Thank you for any advice.
Gary
That's strange. I have a Slingbox Pro (the red one, UK spec) and the tablet version (1.3) doesn't support my hardware.
The Slingbox phone (1.2) app works perfectly with my TP and slingbox. No idea why you are having issues. It even worked with both versions of the app installed.
In short - the phone version (1.2) should work fine with the TouchPad.
Edit: Slingbox Pro is not enough for 1.3 support, it needs to be the newer PRO-HD hardware. From the Slingbox website for the tablet edition:
SlingPlayer requires the use of an internet-connected Slingbox SOLO
or Slingbox PRO-HD. When used with an Android tablet, iPad or a Windows
Phone device, only Slingbox SOLO and Slingbox PRO-HD are supported.
What operating system are you using n your touch pad? I tried it on my nook also using cm9 and it doesn't work there either

slingplayer 1.3 works on my tablet running honeycomb with an older slingbox and slingbox pro
I'm using Slingplayer 1.3 on my Solo and the latest CM9 nightly with no issues.

Mass Effect Infiltrator

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ea.games.meinfiltrator_na#?t=W251bGwsMSwxXQ..
I can install it but whenever I try to run it, it just jumps straight to the homescreen. I can run it on my Sensation 4g and TF201, but not the TF300. Anyone else have problem trying to run this game?
I am rooted and on the newest firmware, no custom rom or unlocked bootloader.
I have this same issue with both shadow gun and gta 3.

Not Supported
In the play store, its pulling up saying that its not supported on my device. I dont know whats going on, but hope they fix it soon.
Yeah this game even runs on my Nook Tablet, game makers need to jump in Tegra really badly. Game loft I'm looking at you

ME installed and ran just fine on mine, although I have CM9 installed. Sucks that EA doesn't make their android games compatible w/ my PS3 controller...boooo. It rocks with Shadowgun.
much of the game is touch and gesture based, it would change the whole experience pretty heavily. Although I dont think that would be a bad thing because sometimes those controls can be really, REALLY unhelpful. I wouldnt mind controller support for this or Dead Space (tegra 3 optmised for both of em? hmmm hmmm?)

Runs fine on mine. Running .29 firmware, not rooted.
Yeah, i just got it to install on mine.
Backed it up on my rooted CM9 Nook Tablet, sent the backup as seperate parts App and Data (Titanium Backup Pro ) into my google drive, DLed the one that ends in *blahblahblahuninteligablename.apk.gz* onto my (non-rooted) TF300 and extracted the apk file using the ZArchiver app. Installed the apk and I'll download the big data files later tonight (internet here sucks balls)
hope this is helpful to to other TF300 ME fans, albeit having to have bought the pro version of Titanium Backup

Seems like the folks who installed the game while they were on the older firmware (.26) are ok. If you are running the newer .29 firmware then Mass Effect is not available for the device.
I've uploaded a modified. 29 build.prop that will allow Mass Effect (and probably several other apps) to appear and download to the TF300. The only change I made was to the market fingerprint/release keys. I changed them to the .26 firmware market fingerprint. Here you go-
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/7833959/Fixed Build Prop.zip
This has been tested and proven to work safely. Just extract the build.prop file from this zip and push it to your \system folder. Be certain that the permissions are set properly before rebooting.
Do not flash the zip file.

works
I can confirm the modified build.prop works great!

Uhm, you don't really need to modify anything. Just use the correct apk with the compatibility check removed.

It's not so much a compatibility issue. The Market version works fine as long as you can download it. Not to mention there are several other apps missing from the market without this fix (at least until the current release keys get registered with google).

has anyone tried playing it on the original transformer (tf101)? Also does it support the use of external controllers like the xbox 360 wired controller (via USB of course). I was able to play GTA 3 on my tf101 using the wired controller and would be willing to buy this if that support was available

How to install "Next Issue" app on Nook HD+

"Next Issue" is a wonderful app. Which I would like to install on my Nook HD+. But Google play is telling me that its incompatible. With further research I found out that the app only support 1200x600 resolution. Can you guys suggest a way to install this app.
Try looking for it in other stores, like 1mobile.com or Amazon.com.
