Hi, I am truly astonished the way TouchRetouch works, it isnt perfect but better than any editing apps out there. I may be wrong but I Dont know of an app that can make things disappear without distorting anything around it.
Now does anyone know of an app or software I can download to my Macbook that can do what this app does?? I have Iphoto, Aperture and others but I doubt theres an option of TouchRetouch sort.. thank you in advance!

are you looking for an app that will allow you to take a picture with the camera and then edit it so you can for example: make the nose bigger, make the face look fatter/ thinner, massive ears, etc etc?
i dont know of an app like this for the HD2. but will keep an eye out. cant see anyone developoing it though as its just a 'bit of fun' app as apposed to proper photo edit software.

As I know, FaceWarp is a java application, made for the SE devices, but forunatelly it has been ported to other - java-supported - handsets.
As the HD2 supports the java, you can easily download the .jad or .jar file, and after you copied it to your device, you'll be able to use it without any installation process. I'm not sure that the software will work, but a worth a try I think.
I was looking for it, but unluckily I haven't found a version with 800x480 resolution, the biggest one I found is in 400*240, so you may not use it in fullscreen...

There's one in marketplace called Imagewarper - no idea how good it is but it looks like it works on an hd2

Looks like it might be fun. there used to be an amazing program on the pc called powergoo which did this - great fun turning your friends faces in to caricatures.

You don't need to turn an image file to apk to make such app. You need to make an app to read, open, and show you image file(s). The gallery is already there. You can find bunch of the like apps in the market too, e.g. QuickPic.

Imagine that you have a picture of your grandmother on your wallet, i want more or less the same thing on my phone
I just need press the app icon and voilá, my picture is shown in fullscreen. that's what i was looking for.
Yesterday i was watching some videos on youtube and i now have more or less the idea what i need to do to make such an app.
The problem is that i'm not very savvy with with Java and Android SDK and it will take me some time create the app that i need.

Are you using stock? Do you have 3DGallery?
Well... If so... I barely remember a widget that allows you to place an image wherever you want in your screan... Like having a photo frame on your desktop... I don't know if you know what I mean... But right now I can't remember the name of the widget... But id does pretty much what you are looking for

Im using ICS by jusada.
I don't have 3D Gallery, I didnt even know this app existed. The app seems cool and i like the concept of 3D Gallery but that's not what i was really looking for.
I'll try to search for that widget you are talking about.

I've found an app "Android Photo Widget" that does more or less what i need.
I've added a new screen to SGA and with this widget i picked a photo for that screen.
The only problem is that the picture is always showing and i just wanted the picture to be shown after i press the app button. It does what i wanted, just not by the way i wanted but it's ok.
I'll keep looking for a better app anyway but this one does the job.
looking for an app for that allows couples to flirt/foreplay with each other on their own separate devices. all i can find are those dice games.

I get your drift, and I can see how something like that could be really popular. I know some folks are really addicted to these social games where they take turns and play with someone. Taking that idea into a romantic direction would work, I'd think. Something on the order of "Draw Something" or "Words With Friends" that was password protected and was on the order of "Truth or Dare" or something like that might find a huge market...particularly if you could attach audio or pictures. SMS just isn't a perfect substitute because it doesn't bring in the "game" aspect or provide the same kind of "rules" or "choices".

thank you for thinking outside the box to see the kind of app i'm looking for. we do the "texting" thing. i'm looking for something different. something that could promote new ideas and things to do. something that takes some of the control away.

I love the Aosp people app.. By using Haxsync, I can sync my existing contacts with high res pictures from Facebook. Thus having a full screen caller experience when making or receiving a call..
I want to have a similar experience on MIUI.. The deal is, MIUI is all looks, and CM is all performance.. So i want the People app in Miui.. Simply replacing the app dosent help..
So, can anybody guide me in this direction?
The main idea is, to have a full screen contact picture while handling calls, and sync facility from facebook..
If there is another way to achieve this, please enlighten me..
Oh, and for the note, I've tried those apps, Full screen caller id and stuff.. I just hate the UI of those apps..

It's possible to fake a android camera input? I mean, it's not like that app "fake camera", is something like the equivalent to what ManyCam is on PC. I would like to upload a photo and the phone would interpret it as the regular camera.

Perhaps something like droidcam can do it, maybe although I am not sure about that, you could give it a try, I just hope you are not doing anything illegal
