No Emojis??? - Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE

Basic question, as title states. I've done a site search and web with no clear or definite answer. Is there anyway with the new Jellybean update I can now utilize emojis via text or social sites? I'd like to believe there is someway. Can anyone help me out here?

yeah I believe so

Go SMS has a fair amount of emojis you can use

My wife, with a fully stock unrooted phone can receive emoji but I haven't found a way for her to write it.
I'm going to check for alternate keyboards on the market and I'll report back if I find one

thanx
does android even support right-clicks?
long-pressing..k.. but anything else?
Wouldnt understand why someone would need that option... if you're missing something via your browser, try an app/mobile website?
should be workaround enough?

oh, well.. as there is no official WebOS-app for DropBox out by now there seems to be no choice but to consider changing to either another service, or OS.. guess right-clicking is not supported.. at least that's what I've read in a 2009er thread here https://developer.palm.com/distribution/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=448

[Q] Emoji Keyboard

I have not rooted my S4 yet, or do I think I want to right now so I'm wondering if anyone unrooted has gotten the the Emoji English Dictonary to do anything other than install?? I downloaded the new Google keyboard since I'm not a huge fan of the Samsung keyboard. I can't get any emoji's to show up. I do use Handcent for SMS and MMS and this has emoji support but that's it. Searching for a solution is basically useless since the phone is to new and maybe people don't use this or even know about it. Any help would be appreciated.
I use the standard stock msg app and I also use the Google keyboard. I was able to install the emoji keyboard on my phone and yes you must be rooted. You just need to flash this file I will attach and also use cwm recovery. I also can view emoji on my phone from twitter and other emoji apps.

I tried searching for an emoji solution and sadly could not find one that I liked. Kii keyboard seems to do the trick though, it has built in emoji that's easy to use. I'm digging it so far!
I too am seaching for a good emoji keyboard but I've found one problem. The stock messaging app does not recognize emoji's so it kinda defeats the purpose right

International galaxy s4 stock keyboard

Is there an apk or installer of some kind to get the international keyboard? I'd love to use the stock keyboard but need that auto correct...
I've seen a few links for it around here, but I've had issues with it not being able to keep up with my typing. Or maybe the reverse of that... As I'm typing, it tries to autocorrect to a word when I'm not yet finished typing...
I don't have the file anymore though or I would upload
what is this stock keyboard as I've heard much about it and want to know whether it has been developed for the Samsung mobiles only or for others ones as well..
Anyone found a fix for the auto correct lag??? Love the keyboard but I type way too fast for it to keep up.. WTF

[Q] How to disable Text Message lock-screen "widget"

So, I downloaded DashClock for my lockscreen on my S4, and it works and looks beautiful, with one thing.
When you get a text on an S4, there's a widget of sorts. It won't let me post a picture here, but it is pretty common.
How do I disable this? I have dug through settings to no avail. It is kind of frustrating because I love how DashClock shows my notifications.
Any help? I have seen it on other S4's in videos, im not sure how. Thank you!

That's what I'm looking for. But. Unfortunately I used the OTA update, and can no longer root. Any idea when I may be able to, (4.3 maybe)?
Or an alternative way?

Sprint Note 3 smart caller ID help

My friend installed Kitkat this morning. We have been trying all day to figure out the smart caller ID function with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
You would need to install the Google dialer to work, I'd link to it but not sure of forum policy on links to other sites. Do a google search and you'll find it.

No go , instant FC. just like the other ones. :crying:
I hadn't tried it but thanks for testing. I'm sure one of the devs will update it as thats a really cool feature. Did you try using it with a third party launcher like Nova?
Thought it was a feature of Kit Kat. Hmmm. Thanks for the help.
It did not make it in this update for us I love this feature too

Did u make it a system app within titanium backup or similar app? That's necessary for it to work.
