[Q] Please Help :/ Verizon Error Message - Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note II

(warning I'm kind of a noob at this)
Hey, I was installing a ROM onto my VZW Note 2 and now all there is, is an error message that says "system software not authorized by Verizon Wireless has been found on your phone. Please turn off your phone and go to the nearest Verizon Wireless store for help" I tried to flash a stock rom that I found but when it restarts the error message occurs again. Please help :/
Thanks in advance to all.

Dude thank you so much. I have one more question. do you know if I can download the default firmware off of anywhere else? because it seems that a lot of people are having trouble downloading it because it takes days. like maybe of mediafire or dropbox?

I honestly dont know I had issues downloading there but I just left it alone for about 30 mins and it downloaded fine actually went really quick but it took 10 minutes just to start. My suggestion would be start the download if it acts like it isnt gonna start give it 10-15 minutes.

ugh :/ it's going super slow for me. I think the link is broken... could one of you upload it somewhere please?

I downloaded both the other night for safe keepings the return to stock and return to stock leave bootloader unlocked. Both took 30+ minutes to download. Verify md5 sums after as well is recommended.

Wow I'm an idiot. Haha I was just impatient. it's downloading fine. To anyone who had the same problem downloading as me: Download the First mirror file and just wait, after a while it speeds up. I tried on 2 computers so it should work for everyone. and thanks to everyone who responded.

Download unsuccessful

So I rooted this puppy and flashed Viper 1.2. All is going well except I notice once and a while a download notice shows up. When I check to see what it is. The details say download unsuccessful. Any ideas?

Cool story bro?
Thanks what I am getting at bro is wait for it... What is this random notice showing up? What is my phone attempting to download? Is it due to root and are any others running into this?
Bro out!

Clear it out of your browser downloads and it should go away. Maybe a download that go stuck if you tried to download it from your phone.

Did you wipe before flashing? You should have... Go into Account and Sync and see if you have an error on any of your accounts. If not, go in an uncheck everything and then recheck and let it do its thing. That usually fixes it. I would also recommend doing this over wifi.
Maybe you did a nandroid and now your sd card is full?

Oh, I'm sorry man. I misread. I thought you were saying downloads that you were initiating were erroring out.
...glad you posted then, Viper is next on my list.
clear cache and data from your download manager app and then reboot.
Thanks all for your suggestions. That is why I love this place. People are willing to jump in and help. Tried it all and still shows up. Guess it's time for another install. Maybe I will try the Beast.

I downloaded my copy from dmeadows013's sticky, completed fine.
Will edit another mirror or two in a bit on this post.
Edit: My own PC connection is down, sure you don't live nearby and there is an outage? I'll just bring my GoDrive over lol.
Perhaps this link from the intertubes will be able to help: http://www.playcorps.com/rezound_AndroidPolice_3.14.605.5_PH98IMG.zip
Tried that link

There is a thread in the Dev section that has the firmware and radios as a flashable image.

I do recommend those too if you are ultimately trying to move to a custom ROM, that method saves some time if you know what you're doing and are a flashaholic with S-off lol.

I soft bricked...

OK so basically I'm a moron I saw the enoxys abuse app (I'm sure I spelt that wrong) and without thinking I rooted with it since I won't have my computer working till tomorrow. So being rooted I get the brilliant idea to download goo manager and push a recovery because "it was that simple on my gnex ." So now I have the lovely Verizon warning. I know I fix that with Odin but idk the files to use. Yea I did something dumb because my last two phones were virtually unbrickable. I'm hating myself for not reading but yea can someone please point me to a guide or just tell me what to do? Thank you in advance and feel free to make fun and say I deserve it
Edit: Is there anyway to fix this and not totally wipe my phone?

That's how we learn man. At least this can be undone...some might flame you but it wont be me. I've messed up a few times as I'm sure everyone has. Some people like to act like they were born with all the knowledge they have and come down on people who make mistakes.. Sad really. (Okay that's my rant)

No, I dont see how. If you flash something in Odin (which seems like your only option) you rewrite everything on the device (excluding the external sdcard) in accordance with the specifications of the file you are flashing.

Thanks for your help everyone. Im downloading the files now.
Can someone please help me? I was rooted but my bootloader was not unlocked and before I read anything... I am so stupid... I downloaded goomanager and now I have a soft brick that I am not able to get out of and a Verizon message that wants me to take my phone in. I have followed every direction and used every recovery rom even the stock rom. The stock rom will not even load in Odin all I get is a invalid bienary error. I really don't know what to do at this point. Thanks
Follow the same directions that were posted above and don't use goo... Use our forums and get stuff specifically for our device.

[Q] Stock ROM GP 5.0 USA?

I've had CM9 on for a while and loved it, but over time its gotten slower and glitchy.... So, I've decided to switch back to stock for the time being, however... I absolutely CAN NOT find it for the USA 5.0, so, if someone could point me in the right direction, and maybe tell me how to do it, I'd be very appreciative.

Help a n00b out?

Just got my Galaxy Note 2 today..been trying to root it. Unsuccessful. At this point I'm just saying screw it and wanting to go back to stock.
When I boot the phone up it gets to the "Samsung Galaxy Note II" screen and just keeps flashing that every 2-3 seconds. PC recognizes it, Odin recognizes it, can enter download mode.
Everything I try in Odin FAILS.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
YouTube that sh*t.
Actually: Read rules first. Dont post here. And then you tube that sh*t.

I had the same thing happen to me months ago though I can't remember how I fixed it. I think I had to reflash the pit file maybe? Definitely YouTube that because that's how I fixed it.
The biggest thing is, just stay relax. It WILL get fixed, it's almost impossible to permanently brick it as long as you stay calm.
