So I just tried to check screenshots of the ROMs, and I'm wondering, do any of them have the gradient background, rather than completely blacked out (and not PA) ?
Thanks mass for all you guys have shared with us today, this is exciting.
Sent from my EVO using xda premium

Anyway to turn on menu other than nav bar? Way to map the hardware buttons...
Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 2

Looks very promising, thank you for sharing...
One question: You mentioned that the lockscreen is different? Since you guys have taken a plunge into editing the AOSP/CM10 or whatever lockscreen, is it possible AT ALL to mod the screen for some basic necessities like, display of missed calls, texts received and stuff?
Thanks again, I really hope you address my question!

I can't believe these new threads aren't blowing up.
I've been dying for more AOSP for this device.

Can't beat rat for aosp/aokp roms.

This device doesn't have good, stable development happening with it. ALL THE AOSP ROMS eventually just fade away. Bring us MIUI with 4g and I think people would start to enjoy this device again. I myself am going over to the GS3 if nothing good starts becoming of this phone.

Really? I use to like miui but not lately.
Make a Sense based miui and maybe I will consider it.
Aokp kicks miui a new one with current development.
Doesn't get much better than Swiper roms.
Enjoy the GS3, they will never see a Sense based miui.

Gladly. They will however see stable CM10 and 10.1 builds though.

Issues that I know of so far:
On reboot system stops responding and sometimes YouTube.
This is 100% theme related and probably due to fact that the theme supports many different types of ROMS with relation to icons and xml code,
not all items may be present on every ROM. You will have no adverse effects from this. Just hit ok and continue on.
I'll update this post as issues/fixes arise.

[ROM]Ouroboros Build 2.0

The Ouroboros often symbolize self-reflexivity or cyclicality, especially in the sense of something constantly re-creating itself, the eternal return, and other things perceived as cycles that begin anew as soon as they end (compare with phoenix). It can also represent the idea of primordial unity related to something existing in or persisting from the beginning with such force or qualities it cannot be extinguished. - Wikipedia

Reposting this from the other thread:
Facebook sync is pulling low quality photos. Deleted facebook from the zip, full wiped, and reflashed. After installing facebook from the market it still pulls low quality photos. I don't have this issue on other roms such as Rage, so might there be some tweak that caused this? I want to use this rom, as I love every thing else about it, but I like the ease of the Facebook photo sync.

Check out this battery usage! Now it is a bit early to determine if it will stay like this. Is it the stock kernel or a custom built one? Or just all them power saving tweaks?

Any possibility of an option to rearrange the statusbar toggles? No bugs found as of now. Oh, did notice there's no notification icon for ringer volume! Minor detail
Been rockin this all day. Running very smooth! Facebook still doesn't seem to work with friendstream though. Other than that it reminds me of sinister rom v11. Love the quick toggles in notification. So awesome!!! 360 rosie with option to turn landscape on/off, volume controls for screen off., eqs... This rom is the real deal! Thanks for the teams hard work!! And awesome name!

I might jump ship from Black to this. Couple of issues I've ran into, though just tiny issues. It seems torch isn't working and when using hardware keys, long pressing app switch key doesn't work. I got a torch app and just assigned recents to long pressing home. Not a big deal. I'll check in later on in the day.
Edit- It seems as though the audio effects aren't catching either. Have to do the two music players to see which one catches it.
Edit 2-It also seems that I can't change the IO schedulers. I tried setting it to noop but it will always stay at row.
I'm downloading now, does this have the fixes for the data drops and call quality issues?

Pull it from another ROM that does have it. Or grab BlackOut Updater in the play store. The email app is available from there.
Ran the Rom for a little before my road trip. Seems smooth and feature packed. Things I noticed not working were the option to set up the hardware buttons while at the lockscreen and although the option to remap the hardware keys while the phone is unlocked works for the back and home buttons, nothing I set for the app switcher button worked (short and long press). Also for some reason when you unlock the phone, the music app noticeably skips. This was with the included Google Play Music app and the CM Apollo app while on Bluetooth and AUX. I had to nandroid back to my sense Rom because the skipping would've drove me insane while driving for 5 hours. I can't wait to see where this goes. Been trying to run a CM based ROM for a while but with all the minor hindrances I can't -_- keep up the good work though Tronit!

This is just a little project based entirely off of joelz's sense5 port here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2359803
Details:
based on joelz's m7 rom (vzw one/m7u)
joelz kernel source: https://github.com/Joelz9614/android_422_kernel_htc_monarudo/tree/meh
sense5
android 4.2.2
deodexed, zipaligned, blah blah blah
removed ongoing location icon from status bar
blinkfeed off by default, can enable through personlize - homescreen style
added option for recents key remap to settings
apm (dunc001/m0narx)
turned off verizon root check (sloppy way to do it, but too lazy to dig through all framework)

Credits:

Installation Stuffs:
BACKUP YOUR CURRENT ROM FIRST
data wipe highly recommended coming from any other rom, including joelz's base!
after completely set up wizard, let rom settle for 3-4 minutes for homescreen icons/app drawer to come up
as of now if you select blinkfeed in settings - personalize you cannot remove it....i know what the issue is but haven't implemented a fix to toggle it on/off yet, will do so soon
FAQ
"Will you update this rom as Joel updates his m7 port?"
I plan to, time allowing
"Are you going to add aroma and options to the rom?"
Unlikely, thats more time that I want to commit to this project
"Is this going to be the base for sense5 viperDNA?"
Idk, don't count on it
"Can you make xyz mod for this rom?"
Maybe, maybe not depends
Sharing:
joelz has allowed anyone to use his rom base, however any of the mods in here please check with me before incorporating in your own rom project, thanks

Awesome. Sorry for perhaps a noob question, but what is "apm"?
Edit: just occurred to me it's probably Advanced Power Menu. Sorry for the clutter, yo.

Running nice and smooth so far. Have to admit, like seeing some of the Viper widgets in the ROM. Can't wait to see a Viper Sense 5 ROM after the official release.

We're not worthy!
Been using tranquil steady for a while now. Think I have to flash this and try it. If you need another host server let me know. I can throw it up on mine and provide a download link.
Rom is running great for me. Is there a battery percent mod that will work on this Rom?
