Lock screen Problem - LG Optimus L9 P760, P765, P768, P769

Every time I unlock the screen it shows the emergency thing with the + sign

I think you have a bad sim card.

Interesting. When I unlock the screen... I get Task Manager...

Sorry I think I said it wrong. I meant when I turn on the screen, the emergency info is on the lock screen

That is possible because it take some time for your phone to detect Sim card.

Phone won't lock

For some reason I am unable to lock my phone anymore. When I hit the lock button, it shuts the screen off but it doesn't lock. Any help would be appreciated.

If your phone is stolen they can take the battery out, what does it matter about an off/reboot option? If they know enough to get it into recovery it is going to get wiped no matter what you do.
I think the s3 is big enough not to lose tho

Omg never thouht that way... how about securing recovery with password of some kind...

Odd behavior

Okay, so I blew this off the first time it happened, but it has happened two more times.
I am rooted and unlocked still running stock. I turned my phone of and then when I turn it back on it get the LG splash and then it goes black. It's like it's hung. I have to hold the down button and power and I get a fastboot screen. Then I can hit power again and it boots normally.
Any ideas?

I have only rooted, unlocked, and applied the fast dormancy change.

How did you apply the fast dormancy fix? Command line? If so, revert back to original and then use the apk to fix the fast_dormancy.

I did use the command line. I will revert and try the apk. Out of curiosity what difference does it make?

Help please!!!!!!!!!!

I was messing around with cm when i couldnt find my folder anywhere. So i decided to flash venom again so i could get my stuff back. In the middle of flashing my phone rebooted and now it keeps bootlooping. When i try to get into fastboot it just restarts after a couple seconds. When it first turns on, i can see it on adb for a few seconds but the phone says offline next to it. Help please!!!!!!!!!!
Hold power and vol down buttons until the phone reboots into bootloader.

I know that, when ever i do that though, after a couple of seconds the bootloader will restart too, thats why i cant get back into recovery
So you can get to the bootloader but it reboots also. Is the battery low?
