Does anyone know a mod/app/zip to get the new Android 4.2 notification bar (as in aosp/aokp roms like jellybam/cm 10.1) to Android 4.1.2 roms (wanamlite for me)

Any cm10 based rom has this feature.
It is even called tablet mode. It makes your phone even work like tablets song with looks.
Paranoia rom is another choice after paranoid rom.
What is the main difference between these two Jelly Beans? I see some custom roms says 4.1.2 while others is 4.2.2?
The official OTA for xt910 is 4.1.2?

Yes. The OTA is the 4.1.2 for most phones. They don't like to update until its completely tested and verified.

The galaxy s4 has a better keyboard than our notes. I was wondering if there is a way to port the galaxy s4 stock keyboard to our stock jellybean ROM?
also is there any good s4 status bar/stock toggles .zips that I could flash on the 'blackJelly' ROM?

I dont think a port of the s4 keyboard is posible at the moment. I always see the samsung keyboard themed as in the s4.

i was browsing the galaxy s3 threads, and they have roms where someone ported the s4 apps and widgets to make the s3 look like the s4. in their list of ROM "added features" it said 's4 keyboard.apk' but im not sure if it would be the same as installing your status bar or if its ever compatible with our phone
I've been looking for the same thing. Installing the keyboard like the status bar does not work though

The keyboard and messaging app works but the rest just force closes. It'd be great if the rest was ported. Like the settings and contacts.

Flashed LXP's 4.4.2 KitKat rom and while testing it out, found an awesome feature. I was able to open status bar while gaming, so what I want to ask is, is there any way to get this awesome feature to a stock gingerbread (2.3.4) rom? It'd be great if it's possible :victory:

Hi,
Does anyone know of an s5 accuweather widget which will work on 4.1.2 touchwiz (i9305 - rXtreme 14.1)?
I've tried a few but they either don't work or cause systemui issues. Looks like most are intended for 4.3+

Most likely not. 4.1.2 is very old and unsupported for such things.
