Oh...I got this problem too on my sister XMP...what I did to solve it is flash the original lockscreen apk (attach below) and after that flash the fixed lockscreen...hope it work...

there's already a nice transformation pack including the home by thilinac here :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1601498 , but it doesn't have an xperia s moded framework , so u can install this after that transformation pack

Sorry couldn't get up to that, but will try, this just have the framework res files from Xperia s, ie every teeny tiny things will be Xperia s, I am working on the lock screen now

You need to deodex you rom first. Then flash NXT lockscreen port mod first by aeonworld. Use search button to find it.

You must first have NXT lockscreen installed before installing this,otherwise it willn't work.

I didnt try widgets but for lockscreen u can try Resizer_1.1.1.exe .. This will change all pictures for 4 dpi. mdpi hdpi ldpi xhdpi.. select all pictures and drag drop to program.. folders will be created. so open ak via 7zip and drag drop pictures to your apk..
For others I must check the files..
