[Q] Nandroid Backup - Sprint HTC EVO 4G LTE

When I do a backup using TWRP, will the boot.img be backed up in a way that fastboot method isn't necessary to restore when coming back to backup from another ROM?? Just want to make sure before tinkering
Thanks in advance

It says you activate both cores but shouldn't that be done by default? I was just wondering if it was or if it was worth doing this??

Working fine for me. If I remember correctly, it didn't like the HD version.

Are you on thundershed 1.6? I just checked again and same thing. Gonna try wiping data on the play store and see if that helps.

You didn't happen to change your screen density did you? If so, revert back to 240 and try it again.

I haven't changed screen density. I'll look at the custom settings and see what might be causing the problem.

Do you have a backup you could restore it from?

I was just able to restore it. I tried earlier but the backup may have been a bad one because it didn't work. Thanks for the reminder! Appreciate the help!

YouTube unresponsive

After my firmware update I can't open YouTube. I've tried to wipe cache and dalvik without luck. I've tried to clear all data from the app and the app won't even open. I've tried to uninstall and install without success and it just say unfortunately YouTube has stopped so I'm forced to ask what else can I do.

[Q] Twrp 2.7.0.0b not backing up system

I just tried to backup system through Twrp and every time it fails. It will back up everything else but system. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?
Edit: Twrp updated to 2.7.0.4. Captain_Throwback worked his magic and modified it for us yet again. Backups work great now, compressed and non-compressed.
Twrp 2.7.0.4b can be found here.

Thank you. Maybe I got a bad download. When you switch between roms does your Twrp fail when trying to flash the new rom? Mine does everyone I wipe system. It'll reboot and I'll have to flash without wiping. Same thing happened with flashing on 2.6.3.0b

Still a no go. Not sure what's wrong. I didn't have the issue with Twrp not backing up system on 2.6.3.0b. Just having to wipe, flash, reboot (because it failed), flash again without wipe. How would I pull a recovery log so I can post it so maybe it would give a better understanding?
