Xtremeguard front and back nexus 10 - Nexus 10 General

Just thought I would share my experience of the extremeguard front and back protector for the nexus 10. I purchased it on the 28,1,2013 and received it today 02,02,2013. Considering it came from the states to the UK in 5 days is impressive! Anyway the install was easy considering that I've never done a (wet install) took about 10 mins to do the screen protector, and 5 mins for the rear. It's been on the screen about 3 hours now, and I must say I'm extremely impressed, no air bubbles at all, fitment is perfect. I can relax now that my precious screen is protected lol. And all for the bargain price of £9.86 gpb delivered. I highly recommend it if anyone is looking for a decent protector

10 Screen protectors for under 10 bucks

So I took a chance and ordered these http://cgi.ebay.com/10-Screen-Prote...ewItem&pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item3f01947c05 and they ended up being just what I was looking for simple easy to install no solution or water needed screen protectors. Its great that you get 10 in case you screw up putting it on but I actually got the first one on without any dust or bubbles and now have 9 others to use when the current one gets scratched. The same seller also sells them is 3s or 5s but you save more if you buy 10. Just thought I would post this since I see all these ridiculously over priced protectors that require a spray or water to install and say that they are made from "military grade" material lol.
Those look good, I'd love to find some that cover the buttons though because of the dust under screen issue.
Thanks for your kindly information.

[REVIEW] Nillkin 9H Tempered Glass Screen Protector

I hate the drag feeling of many plastic screen protectors so I have had a naked screen on all my phones until now! This is my first glass screen protector and so far it has been excellent.
It was very easy to apply. I was impressed with how it seemed almost to "adhere itself" when you place it upon the screen. Almost free of any air bubbles, creases, etc.
Cleaned the screen with the supplied wipes, dropped the protector on, and pushed the imperfections out with my fingers and it came out great.
It comes with badly translated instructions but you are given more than enough tools to get the job done right.
Sorry I don't have any pictures of it on the phone, I can add some, if anyone wants that.
I think it's well worth the price!
Here is where it can be bought on Amazon:

I love this screen protector. The price is very cheap for the quality of the product. I got mine here

is it easy to remove this screen protector? The removal damages the screen some way ?

very easy to remove and leaves no residue of any type or damage.
Can you post a photo of note with the protector?
After having this for about 3 months now, I can easily say this is absolutely the best bang for your buck. My brother went with the cheaper 8 dollar eBay one and its kicking himself for not getting this instead. Installation is easy and allows room for error (can be removed and re-applied), smooth to the touch (necessary for swipe texting) and is still smooth 3 months later.

It is a good purchase pricewise. But after 3 months of use, tiny scratches are appearing on the protector. I wouldn't be mumling about it, but most of the time I use the pouch case when I cary the phone in the pocket. So scratches were a surprise for me. Therefore the claimed 9H of the glass is a bit doubtful.
I almost sprung for this myself until I saw a friend of mine who got this Nillkin on his phone and the leftmost bottom edge would not stick perfectly. You could fit a fingernail underneath it. Seems like the luck of the draw.
I had mine installed at a kiosk just to make sure that if any problem materialized, they could replace it themselves immediately. I forgot the brand, but the fit was perfect.

Bought a Nillkin Tempered GLass for my Note 3. Guess what.....after a month, the screen cracked by itself! I'm very sure it was not caused by wrong handling nor impact. All this 9H hype by Nillkin is just bull!

And why is your brother kicking himself? I have the cheapo ebay one and I have zero complaints. My first protector was a $20-something (shipped) Glass-M which simply broke in my pocket because I leaned somewhere too hard (xperia z1). I am very happy with my $7 ebay deal for my new note 3.
I'm not trying to start an argument, I'm just curious.
Also, sorry for slight off topic.

Just an expression lol, but mainly because it is much less smooth and the non rounded corners bug him. I'm sure there are better ones in eBay, but it's luck of the draw. Images weren't correct in his case.

90% off XtremeGuard Wet install front/back protector

http://www.xtremeguard.com/default.asp
promo code: Xtreme90
i just bought 3 full body for 2.75 shipped.
I usually buy alot of these and keep extra to cut/fit new devices/gadgets. normally the front is protected by tempered glass and the back with wet install.
Problem with these things is they usually come off within 6 months and stick fluff like no tomorrow.
Also definitely not recommended for the screen as it leaves a blurry and stick feeling.

They are cheap enough to change every 6 months and the front is tempered glass only for me.

With this brand you need buy them for something that has a bigger screen than your device and cut yourself if you want it fit properly.
I may have order one for a tablet so I can make some rear protectors for my Z2 and make one that fits my smartwatch since the one I got from then doesn't even close.
I guess there's a reason why they 90% off.

Tech Armor

So after losing faith in Zaggs customer service with two orders being lost and still not mailed out after two months I decided to look around for an alternative screen protector. I needed one for tab 4 7inch and tab 4 8 inch. I came across Tech Armor that had 3 screens for 9 bucks for the 7in and 2 screen protectors for 9 bucks for the 8 inch. Free shipping and the products arrived within two business days. Screen protector was a dry install but surprisingly easy. It comes with a peel off layer for after your done getting the bubbles out. Once on it is barely noticeable. It claims to be anti glare, but I don't seem to notice the difference. The best part is knowing I have a back up as well. For the price and service, I have no complaints. Figured I would post it up in case anyone is shopping for a screen protector and leary about jumping brands

[Q] Screen protector to cover broken screen?

The bottom of my screen is busted up pretty good. It's usable, but not very pleasant. Just wondering if you guys would know of any cheap screen protectors that might help cover up/hide some of the cracks and at the very least just stick good to it, so I don't have to feel the cracks?
I broke my screen last weekend. Put in a Moto Care insurance claim last Tuesday. They said that I would have the replacement in 2-5 days. The tracking info never updated to show it shipped and 5 days later I don't have it. Finally got a hold of them and apparently the problem is that they have no replacements to send. Not even an upgrade to 64GB replacement. So I'm just waiting for now. I've been using my Nexus 5, but the battery life and signal strength sucks compared to the N6. The signal strength is the biggest thing for me, living a rural area. So I want to switch back to N6. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
Just get a tempered glass screen protector for now. I think mine was like $6 from xtreme guard. Look in the tempered screen protector threads for coupon codes etc.
