Hi all,
i just bought brand new Nextway Fast8 tablet, goes on Jelly Bean 4.1.1 ; 3.0.8+ ..and I have a few BIG problems .
1. I was looking over internet for USB driver -cause from manufacture website is not working (nextway[dot]com[dot]cn) ,.. mass storage works fine , but i can not make any root ! any idea how to root that device?
2. WiFi signal is weak, unstable, - maybe is JB problem, but I can not fix it by any program... any ideas????
3. i just downloaded update from nextway website BUT i can't instal, cause it's problem like #1 - can not connect to PC..
I believe, that some of you can help me out... i getting crazy now...
I will be grateful for any ideas, instructions....

I pressed the button "switch" to the RKbatchTool and the update done.

Yes, it's working ! but ... you have to start tablet in "service" mode....

First step:
- Download the ADB drivers for Enjoy 7 Plus
http://www.msi.com/product/windpad/Enjoy-7-Plus.html
Second Step:
The Msi Enjoy 7 Plus is very similar to Pascal 2 from BQ (http://www.bqreaders.com/productos/pascal-2.html) , and has RK29 chip, so I found in a spanish forum http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=367743 (I´m from Chile) the way to root Pascal 2....
- Connect the device in USB debugging mode and install ADB drivers from inside enjoy_usb.zip
- Double click on runme.bat from RooT folder and wait to root your device
- DONE
Now I only want to make a dump from my stock rom and I will try some roms from www.htcmania.com !!!!
Im a little lost with all that stuff, ive already root my enjoy7+ and i want to put some jelly bean rom with cwm, if you can do that please share it.

I try to flash the tablet but nothing happend, then i trust tje manufacturer MSI and i flash again with the original firm, sice there great, but when the firmware update end all the screen resulotion is overlay, i try to flash again and again and i dont know what else to do. Help

that is because of the ics rom.. tried to reseaech about amd similar rk29 devices had the same problem with ics 4.03 if only we can update it somehow to ics 4.04 or jellybean though

I have big (for me) problem with my smartphone. I installed ROM for other phone, and my touchscreen and touch keys (back, menu) now don't work... I tried this solution: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1423562 but it wasn't work.

Hi. Maybe you can try this way.
Flash a ClockWorkMode Recovery for 2GB/32GB if you have this model from here or from here if you have 1/16. If you can't flash from the device, try to do it from PC with Fastboot.
Then download a ROM from above same site (needrom.com) or from here and try if the device turns on. This late link contains a flashtool+ROM. So you can start from the beginning. It seems to me you need to take your device back alive

Yesterday my venstar 2050 stuck at android logo. Then i search internet and flashed rom for very same device specification
It works but the touchscreen bluetooth and wifi isn't functioning. Not to mention the display became very weird.
So, does anyone have firmware for this tablet?
I really need it, please.
Or if someone have the tablet fully working. I want the ROM backup

Mine have 4gb, so I guess it will not work in yours. Im at the office right now, when I get to home this night I will searhc the tablet for the file.
Maybe you can edit the file to fit your system?

Finally I have 5,17 GB as my internal. The method is to edit parameter file with RK3XX tool, and it works like charm

Hello there. My sm-g530 mt6572 (not g350h ) is dead. I recently downloaded a firmware but after the flash I noticed this was g530h mt6572 fw not simple g350. I downloaded one of g530 on 4shared but it's password locked :crying: and the uploader is not reachable on his IDs. Help with a firmware please.

I found one file after spending several nights searching, but unfortunately it doesn't work for me (got DRAM FAIL error on SPFlashTool)

No. But it can be fixed if you have another working g530 out there. Open piranha box or miracle box or any other mtk supported box and then read it. flash the backup from the reading to the dead g530 and bravo
