Hi. I found a Galaxy Note N7000 at ebay at a very good price, but it is locked to Orange. I would like to know if unlocking is possible at all.

Both the international and AT&T/US versions have the same screen size. As far as using the AT&T version overseas, you would need to find one that is unlocked I believe.

in dubai...i will find it tomorrow... if not... i have no choice... samsung galaxy s2 international.
If you want the AT&T variant, you're going to have to buy one on eBay or somehow get AT&T to ship it to you. You're not going to find it in Dubai.

If the phone is paid for, your cousin just needs to call Tmobile and ask for the unlock code. They will give it to him.
