i need help modding framework-res.apk from miui ics. i looked at a lot of the tuts and they didnt help me. can i have help or can someone do it for me?

I need some help. Can someone tell me, where can i found Android 2.3 for Lithuanian users? I've tried lot of these and i know that my country letters are 'XE' or 'TLT', but i cant find the proper one. Can u help me guys? Post a link or smth.. Sorry for so dumb question, but i really need this rom. Thx.

just download the firmware for both version and check urself
There is not any specified ROM for lithuanian users. Go to www.samfirmware.com and get the appropriate ROM
Please, can anybody upload a Stock Odexed SamsungCamera.apk from LE8 stock ROM please?
i was looking all forum and couldn't find a thing...
i dont know how to extract original rom.
