I recently made a music player extension for showing lyrics of the currently playing song.

I've used this app, and it's pretty good in what it does. However... Why can't it read off the lyrics information already stored on the file in cases where I've already added them myself? Secondly, when I opened a Japanese song, the lyrics came up in romaji (Japanese using latin alphabet), not cool. =P

fc because there are dsp manager and the latest ttpod have an equalizer, if you do not like dsp manager... uninstaled.or try ttpod old version.ttpod 2.41 walkman mod(http://www.mediafire.com/?4hr3b07776chgm7)this not available equalizer

ok..hmm..hope they will fix the FC..and maybe rmove the equalizer to prevent FC once we reboot our phone.. ..... and by the way..the older version has no album art enable..do u have an older version that has album art enable??
Hmm, doesn't work. Installed, skin too, but when I open it, it gives blank screen, then drops me to the main screen.

I have a problem when I use this program, at lockscreen, buttons to control music are to no effect (pause, next, pre,..), but volume control have good action

Great work! keep improving with more songs :good:
Also it will be better if lyrics are stored in mobile locally once lyrics are viewed without requiring internet connection in the future for viewed lyrics.

Give it ability to view lyrics from tag, and add lyrics from internet for missing lyrics song tag.
It would be great extension to the missing feature of walkman
And it can be even better if you can add lrc support.

The lack of tag lyrics forces me to use poweramp along with walkman

Please add lyrics from tag option, or at least confirm it, as many songs lyrics are inaccurate when taken from sources ^^

I've found a "Solution". I Uploaded it to the Google Music Service. After that i get the Artist Covers downloaded.
Even though i didn't uploaded my music to Google just for that sake (i wanted to ease the sync over multiple devices) im still a little bit... lets say sceptical about the reason for Google to have my music just to place the Artist Banner inside an app.
So because my reason for "matching" my local Music with the Google Catalog was a different one then just getting the Banners work im OK with it. But for someone other who just want the Artist Banner on top of the Google Music App i can totaly see why they may get pissed of by it. Oh yeah... you get the Banner also for Music you bought over Google Play.
So just for the record and again sry for my bad spelling^^. Can be closed!

Been using this for a couple weeks now and its a great music player. Since there is no native support for fetching album art I used one of the apps from the app store and now I have everything I need. It even works with my Pebble watch!
I hope you keep this thread updated with any new updates the app gets. I was following the thread in the Moto G forum.

Use DSP Manager because thast's what CM uses anyway.
How can I fast-forward or seek to a specific part of an audio I'm listening to? This is more relevant if my phone had to be rebooted or my player crashes while I'm listening to an audio book. When I restart the app, I may not want to start from the beginning but from the place I've stopped earlier.
The KitKat player had a progress bar that I could drag to a point where I want the player to start playing from. I'm unable to do that from the Lollipop Music Player.

I used it a month ago i was not able to seek but if u hold the next or previous track buttons u can fast forward or rewind
As i said i used it a month before things may hav changed now

Add a seek bar please. Fast forwarding isn't precise enough.
Was fooled by the yellow download button, damn I'm stupid!

After searching all over the web i have finally found the huawei music player apk and to my surprise this practically works on any android device including the one plus 3T

Thank you for the finding, I'm on the same boat with you. All I want for OnePlus now is a great music player, this Huawei music is great however if there's no internet stuff on it, I'd use it as daily use. For now I'll try to switch between Google play music and this Huawei.

It didn't work for me, kept closing when I try to search a song online and it said that had found the music in my internal storage but never it showed up. Also, I couldn't find the settings for preferences to change the Chinese suggestions (singers and Chinese font) about music and radio...

If you are in Nougat I think it broke the app and it doesn't work anymore.

Do you know if we are going to see updated version of this? The one that works in Nougat? The best thing about this app that it provides the equaliser for Google Music player.
This version does not work in nougat oos4
There is thread in xda- search for emui 4.0 apps
That music player works in latest oos4 version
But it lacks equalizer
In oos 4.0 sound setting we can now tweak audio settings; which solves the purpose
But in this version online song search does not work and cant download songs or lyrics album art etc.
Still a good app though
