You may find JSON-RPC.Net useful. Search it on Google or on Codeplex.

just create a stripped down mobile version of the website and access it from your mobile browser. For creating mobile native apps AppInventor can be used.

i am looking for the current version of the windows mobile version of WhatsApp.
I could not find anything via Google or on XDA, so I would appreciate if someone could pull the whatsapp cab file from his windows mobile device and make it available here.
Or is there another way to get the cab file without owning a windows mobile device? Like a app database on the internet?

Far as I can tell you can't use it on WM, only works from WP7.5 onwards.

I think more information is needed here.
For instance, what kind of database? Postgresql, sqllite, MS Access?
Secondly, are you looking to write an android app for this or just trying to read data from the laptop natively?
