[Q] D BatteryService Causing Samsung S3 Crash? - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey,
I've been having real trouble with my stock Samsung Galaxy S3 lately. It's constantly freezing, 3-6 times a day, sometimes when I'm not even using the device. I have tried a fresh install and reformatting my sim card to no avail.
So I rooted and installed LogCat extreme to see what the last log entry was before the crash. I found that "D BatteryService" was the last log entry on two occasions - see screens attached.
Here's some info about the phone:
Model Number: GT-I9300
Android Version: 4.1.2
Baseband version: I9300XXELLA
Kernal Version: 3.0.31 - 742798

Does anyone have any suggestions on a fix?! Getting very frustrated here!! Thanks in advance!

[Q] Calls playing through wrong speaker [ISSUE]

Hello,
I have searched wide and far for a similar issue to that I am having and cannot find one. I am currently experiencing an issue with my i9300 which is causing it to play the caller's voice through the rear speaker instead of the earpiece, I may have changed a setting however I have reset the phone multiple times to no avail. Has anyone come across this issue (and fixed it) or should I get on to Samsung Warranty support?
Many thanks,
Christian

Hi,
Flash PhilZ-CWM6 kernel from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?k9j877v7k3z7sr8. Go to stock recovery (turn off the phone and press at the same time volume up + home + power) and use flash update zip option. Regards
