No worries, will try to update this mod and maybe some other themes/layouts once this layout is worked out properly.
Here's some screens highlighting the issues and the options using ROM's built-in CyanogenMod settings.

1 other thing, any themes will overwrite status bar icons from my mod (wi-fi/signal/bluetooth/etc.) so screens show my modded version of your xperia-z theme just to include my icons. There is also xperia-z battery with % icons in .apk but framework-res.apk overwrites them.

Not currently working with SDE 1.0, bug when connecting usb.
works fine on 3.1

thanks for it..
nice looking theme. do we have the option to change the order of the quick panel icons via the app neroyoung made?
Unfortunately no
this is work for live?
Thank you so much.
Now my xperia mini pro sk17i is complete with ics look.
Where the wallpaper which is displayed above I don't see it with any theme.
Can you please upload it here it looks nice.
Here you are
Thanks you so much.
Great job!
But is it possible to delete the brightness bar in the notifications?
Sorry for my english
Very nice theme, but I would also like a version without the brightness slider and another smaller battery indicator in the statusbar. I found a little bug and that's the ongoing title text in notification area is black and hard to see, it should be white like the other notifications. But good work mate
Sent from my ST15i using xda premium
I will try to use Xperia Nero statusbar customize mod to remove the brightness slider
EDIT - I tried to use this mod, but it causes so much problems with 30step volume, and you won't get swipe notifications anymore. Suspended, for now.

I will check for another battery indicator that fits well (maybe a ICS battery indicator with percentage number in it) on the them
Can you please give me a screenshot of your bug? I don't have this problem (maybe it's because you are using an app that needs to "Invert Notification Color", like PowerAMP?)

Thank you! I can't post screenshots don't know why, but the text is black whenever I download something for example. But you're right it's only within certain app's, but when you're updating an app or are downloading something else the text is black.

Tab 'n' Grid puzzle Options
Please welcome to the second part of this project, the customization.
Instead of creating variations, why dont let you customize by yourself with pieces. Like a puzzle
Here's how it works, Install the latest Tab 'n' Grid and choose what you want in the 7 parts to create you final version.
If you don't choose a part, it will stay like it was previously.
If you want to restart from zero, reflash Tab 'n' Grid.
More options, colors and icons are coming, don't worry
Warning: In recovery, you must mount system between each parts!

Installation
Please make sure you have Aeon's Small Apps mod installed before installing this theme (you don't need to have the actual small apps applications installed; just the framework)
Make a backup before moving the apps into the system partition, in case you get a bootloop.
Delete DefaultThemes.apk
Download the zip file from the download link below
Flash via CWM
If you would like a different accent colour, download your accent of choice from the attached zips below and flash it after you flash the main theme.
If flashing fails, extract each file separately from the zip file and move them to their correct locations, changing the permissions of each app to the following:
RW-
R--
R--
Click "Show Content" for a visual example
If you are getting a bootloop after flashing V. 2.20, try moving the framework.jar first into system/framework (or flashing it separately), clear dalvik cache, reboot, then move/flash the framework-res.
Please Note
This is intended for stock ROM. If you are using any ROM, I will not help you solve your issue if you get a bootloop. You are responsible for your own backups.
You should have apps from 2012 and/or 2013 Xperias, and/or modded 2011 apps installed to fully see the theme. Stock 2011 apps will not take advantage of the theme, as they are not written with the Theme.DeviceDefault theme. Click here if you want to download some 2012/13 apps
Download
Please note before downloading
If you want to incorporate the theme into your ROMs, themes etc., please PM me asking for permission first.
You are not allowed to "share" this theme.
Please do not mirror my download links. If links are down, please tell me and I will mirror.

Tested on my Xperia Mini MDPI, working perfectly, but have error: Sound Enhancement and Setup Giude FC and auto reset when i try open Sound Enhancement, plz fix it and can you make for me a version without onscreen buttons and 3 dots menu
This mod is very nice, I've always wanted my phone to look more like high-end xperia phone rather than stock holo like nexus
I have some suggestions :
with the systemUI, can you replace the button clear with something smaller, maybe icon instead of text, one some languages like mine - vietnamese, the date is quite long and may get overlaped or stay too close to the clear button. Also the toggle icons are a little small, some like the vibrate/sound or bluetooth toggle should be bigger. There is no setting toggle on my neo.
With the framework, I hope you add more color to it soon as white in some parts seem not easy to distinguish, and I almost cannot see the small I/O text in the round switch
If I don't have Pandemic's setting mod, how can I disable on-screen button

Re: [UPDATE 1/31] Xperia Z Framework Theme & SystemUI [V. 0.20]
Working fine on UHD 2.0.3 Rom in Neo only thing I notice is the white text in search bar in playstore and when writing messages. But that is maybe because I'm on custom Rom otherwise everything is fine.

I will try and mod a framework-res that is not part of Pandemics mod so they won't have on screen buttons and menu button.

And I also hope this mod will be compatible with the upcoming firmware 4.1.B.1.13

The SystemUI date issue... I know how to make the clear button smaller, so can you send me a screenshot of your SystemUI so I can see how long the date is?
The thing with the settings toggle is that you need the right QuickPanel. I will send you the one I am using, but sometimes the Settings button won't show up in the list of buttons to enable and disable. It took me a couple tries when I first used TK's SystemUI.
I was working on adding colour to the images but for some reason it wouldn't compile :/ I will investigate it further today.
Like I said above, I will mod a framework-res that isn't part of Pandemics mod so you don't get OSB if you're not using his mod.
Even though Jader provided .13 which is great, I won't rebase my mod until it is officially released by Sony.

I noitced. I will see if I can play around with the text colour for holo white apps, since the Play store is holo white.
Edit
I noticed its also on other Google Apps which use the same holo theme. YouTube and Maps are affected, and probably all Google Apps.

No need to edit some xml file...you just need to edit this image...make it a bit darker...

Here's my screenshot. Hope I can help
Did some work today on both framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk. Take a look at these screenshots:
Finally got the switches into circles! (Thanks Till-Kruspe!) Unable to change the font colour for the moment. I also decided to go with serajr's 4.2 SystemUI. I can't SystemUIPreferences.apk to open up anymore though...
Before I release this update I need to ask soumya_digi if it's ok to use the SystemUI since he ported it to HDPI.
Looks great but i think you should edit the blue bar under toggle buttons to have glow effect similar to this

WOW! the SystemUI looks good where I can try to use that JB style toggles?? Link or attach the apk please....

Here's my DefaultThemes, I edited it from the one from Thilinac's old rom to suit my own need quite a while ago so it only gets Cosmic Flow wallpaper not new Xperia Z's ones
The launchers and systemUI I guess you have to ask Till-Kruspe or DdcCabuslay for it

Yes I will add the glow for the tabs. I'm gonna be out all day today so I'll do it tomorrow, and the update won't come until tomorrow at the earliest (I got permission from souyma_digi).

Introduction:
I am proudly present my new theme!!!
Long story short:
- Even since my first android phone, which was Alcatel\Cosmote Move I liked so much TouchWiz style , but not long after ICS was release and I immediately fall in love with that black and blue style
Since then I was trying hardly to make my phone look like ICS and this will be the only reason why I made it.
- Every app has been themed in JB style, with 2 parent style as Theme.Dark and Theme.Light.
- Icons in both dark and light style.
- Volume adjust JB layouts
- Cool JB transition animation and animation speed.
- Apps such Contacts, Mms, Dialer has been moved on to another level of beauty.
- Contacts with 3 tabs used most, high quality contact photo on contact viewer, top action bar and beautifull outfit
- Settings with 4 different theme as JB, TouchWiz 5.0, LG UI 3.0 and Parandroid UI, with nice JB on/off switches.
- Apps now are using top action bar as Holo style for delete, cancel, save, rename actions.
- Notification Bar fully inspired by JB 4.2 QuickSettings Notification bar.
- Calendar with better and nicer look.
- MyFiles in white style, with back button in title bar.
- In call screen with ICS buttons layout and high quality contact photo.
- Dialer with 3 tabs used most, high quality call log, top action bar and ics layout buttons.
- Original textfield, dropdown, popup-dialog, listselector background for both styles.
- Title bars with launcher icon.
- No 3rd-party apps, everything is gingerbread Galaxy Y apps!
Please enjoy this theme and there is a button for Thanks, no need to say
Tips:
- NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO PORT/EDIT/SHARE SOMEWHERE ELSE, IF I SEE IT ELSEWHERE I WILL REMOVE LINKS AND NO MORE UPDATES!!!
- Want to share it, give link to this thread, don't mirror it anywhere!!!
- I've theme 80% of apps from CoD Rom, so basically this theme is for CoD Rom, but it should work in other Custom Roms
- Got bootloop? Try to delete cache and dalvik-cache!
- What are you doing with your phone is your responsibility! Don't blame me or any other XDA user!!!

Bugs:
- If you find some bugs, report in comment and I'll do my best to fix it (what it can be fix) but don't jump on me: oh you...fix that...
- I've spend my last 2 months to do this, maybe is not perfect but I did my best!!!
- In statusbar on first time after reboot you have to press twice on button to take you into toggle page, and then just go normaly.
- Some popup-dialogs has black font (try to fix it)
- In Settings you can choose between 4 themes(Jelly Bean, TouchWiz 5.0, LG UI3.0 and Parandroid) and about that switches from main page doesn't work how it supposed to...if you press it send you to second screen (where you can enable) for now. I will try to make it work.

[OTHER MODS] How To Mods [21.02.2013]
How To
How to change contacts photo in SystemUI - StatusBar Greper method:
1 - Install QuickPic from Play (skip if you already have it)
2 - After installing, open StatusBar Greper, go to "StatusBar Icon Config" and there select "Carrier Image"
3 - In SD you should have a photo with resolution 76x76 pixels, not bigger not smaller (for better look). And select it.
4 - If you want to remove your picture just select a transparent one.
5 - NEVER CHANGE SOMETHING ELSE IN GREPER. IF YOU CHANGE SOMETHING ELSE WILL INTERACT WITH YOUR BATTERY IMAGE. DO IT JUST IF YOU KNOW WHAT ARE YOU DOING!
How to change contacts photo and name in SystemUI - Decompile/recompile method:
1 - Decompile SystemUI.apk
2 - Go to systemui/res/layout/status_bar_expanded_quick_settings.xml
3 - Find line 15, there you have this:
Code:
<TextView android:textSize="12.0dip" android:textColor="#ffcccccc" android:gravity="center" android:background="#80000000" android:layout_width="80.0px" android:layout_height="wrap_content" android:text="OWNER" android:singleLine="true" android:layout_alignParentBottom="true" />
4 - Change:
Code:
android:text="OWNER"
with
Code:
android:text="YOUR_NAME"
(where "YOUR_NAME" is actually your name like Joe, Andrew, Criss, Gabriel and so on.
6 - After saving go to res/drawable-ldpi and edit 2 images: "my_prof_normal" and "my_prof_pressed" to whatever picture you want.
7 - Recompile SystemUI
Tips:
Your new picture should have the same size: 80x72 px don't make it bigger or smaller, and inside both picture should have 2px margin in left and right invisible.
Don't tell me that FC's or can't compile back, that means that you did something wrong. Check twice!!!
And don't ask me to do that for you, I really am not in the mood to fight with no one about this thing

I've ported the Jelly Bean Tab 'n' Grid SystemUI v8 created by Serajr to the Xperia P, U, Sola and Go
This status bar have separate grids for notifications and toggles.
Small Apps ready
There are many options:
Background opacity of status bar and notifications area.
With or without Battery percentage.
Tabs position (Top or Bottom).
Show Clock at notifications header.
Show Date at notifications header.
Show Carrier label at bottom of notifications.
Change Carrier label.
From 1 to 20 Toggles in your desired order.
New toggle USB connection mode (MTP or MSC).
New toggle USB debugging.
New toggle Stay Awake.
New toggle Battery.
Reboot and Reboot in recovery.
Brightness bar.
Recent task button.
SystemUI Preferences screen now is opened by tapping device Menu button while on expanded notifications view
Selectable pull out options for status bar, for example, slide from left open notifications and slide from right open toggles.
You can now slide between each tabs (Slide where the expanded clock is displayed)
All applications tab added
Recent task tab added
Little surprise when you pull out status bar with 2 fingers...
Real-Time preferences changes, so SystemUI does not restart to apply changes anymore!!
Dinamic Me, Settings and Recent Apps toggles. So it´s possible to enable/disable and re-order them
Preference to choose number of toggles per row (1 ~ 5) at quick panel view (1 enables horizontal scrollable row)
Preference to choose number of apps per row (2 ~ 5) at grid applications view
New Clear All Recent Applications menu behavior. So it does´t kill current running app, but others (thanks TheRisingDragon)
Installation
If present, remove SystemUI.odex in system/app
If present, remove SemcPhone.odex in system/app
If you have previously installed a modded status bar, open quickpanel settings and uncheck all toggles.
If present, remove QuickPanelSettings.apk in system/app
Reboot in recovery and flash Jelly Bean Xperia TabnGrid.zip

Real-Time preferences changes, so SystemUI does not restart to apply changes anymore!!
Dinamic Me, Settings and Recent Apps toggles. So it´s possible to enable/disable and re-order them
Preference to choose number of toggles per row (1 ~ 5) at quick panel view (1 enables horizontal scrollable row)
Preference to choose number of apps per row (2 ~ 5) at grid applications view
New Clear All Recent Applications menu behavior. So it does´t kill current running app, but others (thanks TheRisingDragon)
Fixed applications List and Grid views scrolling lag
Removed quick panel view fixed toggles
Removed data speed meter from second main status bar view, due battery drains users reports

Same problem.
After flashing circular battery icon it sometimes show totally different icons instead of battery. The one from the app tab for example.
