Try with install, if that doesn't work - then push it in system/app.

And do u have the themed market as well..?
Its available in vibrant themes and app section..u can instal the market app directly but not swype I had modified it to suit g3....i dont remember the original developers names so am afraid I dont have permission to share them here.....

For those getting a This item is not compatible with your device message when they have a custom rom:
go and get your build.prop out of the /system/ folder
Open it in Notepad++ (or similar) and find this line:
ro.build.fingerprint=SEMC/ST25i_1262-1658/ST25i:2.3.7/*************
now change the red part into:
6.0.B.3.184/R7P_zw:user/release-keys
so you'll get something like:
ro.build.fingerprint=SEMC/ST25i_1262-1658/ST25i:2.3.7/6.0.B.3.184/R7P_zw:user/release-keys
save this back in your system folder and set the right permissions:

It'll work on Xperia P too, but i don't know if it looks good, so please let me know.

Would this work on touchwiz ROMs only, or all jelly bean ROMs? I would think that it relies on the touchwiz framework. You should Lol into this, and change the title if necessary
