its not as easy as you think..
for editing icon, you need apk multi-tool, for code editing you need apktool..that is how i do all my work..

Then just find its location and put it in the same folder in our apk. I just fall from the sky here, didn't look is it sistemui.apk, or framework-res.apk. You can replace those pngs by opening apks with WINRAR.

You overwrite old systemui.apk? And you do have deodexed ROM? Or if not did you removed systemui.odex?

Well, i copied all the folder drawable-hdpi from xperia sysui and pasted it in our sysui and overwrited the pngs with the same name, just images, i have deodexed rom LQ4 and it doesn't work.

And i get confused a lot while overwriting specificly the files in common between the two files to our sysui and i dont know if it would finnaly work...
Is there a way to port this? Without being verifying every file and moving and moving and moving them?

Maybe filenames are not the same for Xperia, and for our phone... Wait for joehanh88, he is more expirienced on SystemUI mods.

Umm try restarting launcher... i doubt it wont work, cause it also changes framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk which cant be handeld through just a launcher.. but i can theme a little less for you !

Won't play when moved to system media...fixed permissions and whatnot and can listen to them from the zip file, but not when I move them. What did I do wrong?

I set up a ringtone, notification, alarm file on my sdcard and put them in there. They all work fine when I try to set them in settings.

Yes, on your sdcard create separate folders for Ringtones, notification, alarms and just copy the extracted sounds to those folders

I have one question. I'm sorry with my question. Maybe it is out of the topic.
If we mod the clock to the centre of status bar, the notification ( ex:message notification, etc) will hit the clock of status bar. How do we do to avoid that hitting trouble. Sorry for my english.

There's no way to avoid that. I would prefer clock back to the right place

You must put your SystemUI.apk along with your SystemUI.odex
If you don't do that SystemUI will not installed

Just unzip it.. copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media and change permissions no need to flash
