hi, i used wotanserver for unlock my bootloader and all was good now says Bootloader unlock allowed Yes, but i cant open my bootloader i tried with method of sony and i can´t and with s1tool says NOT RECOGNIZED SIMLOCK CERTIFICATE MAYBE YOU SHOULD UNLOCK PHONE BY SETOOL2 ?
what can i do? any solution?

I have xperia mini pro sk 17i unlocked on vip mobile serbia. In service info configuration / rooting status was alowed boootloader unlock =no. After unlock with setool no alowed bootloader unlock =yes. I'm tryed unlocked bootloader with SE Bootloader_Unlocking_Relocking_1.6, but, i got a message error unlockng bootloader bootloader already unlocked! How i can check does this bootloader unlocked finally or not? Please help. )
Its unlocked,if you dont believe me just try to flash custom kernel.

..Only way to unlock bl then is to unlock sim first. If it's already unlocked by other softwares than setool, it's not possible I think

I think you should re-unlock your sim lock using setool which will make sim certificate proper for unlocking bootloader.

Find Flashtool
Start S1Tool
Click the identify button and follow the instructions on screen
If it says SEMC-Simlock certificate you're in luck
If it says Not recognised Simlock-Certificate you're out of luck, unless you sim-unlocked your phone with an EMMA/IMEI code from your provider
If you're in luck
Start Flashtool
In the Plugins-menu is the option to unlock your bootloader
Follow the instructions on screen

IMEI unlock via code, dont unlock your bootloader, you need to unlock IMEI via test point method.
