[REQUEST] Blackberry Z10 keyboard port - Galaxy S Advance I9070 Themes and Apps

To all the intelligent DEVs out there, please help port the Blackberry Z10 keyboard to Android.
I've been using the Swiftkey for a long time and I got sick of it.So I saw the Z10 keyboard and thought it would be a good keyboard or maybe even better than Swiftkey.
So can I ask of the DEVs to port the keyboard to Android please and be it applicable to 2.3 and above (p.s. no root) :fingers-crossed:

Thay is another OS :v I think Android 4.2 keyboard is better btw. Im sure someone will make a similar app and upload to the play store soon

I agree with @frapeti here...
Blackberry and Android are different OS.. so its either not possible or very hard to port the keyboard... But I think you can only theme an android keyboard with the blackberry Z10 keyboard's theme so that it looks more like a blackberry keyboard... and by the way 4.2 keyboard is way better in my opinion...
And in Google Play this is the "closest" keyboard theme I found... (link)

And you do know that the BlackBerry Z10 keyboard is based off swiftkey coding, just made more awesome by BlackBerry right?
Only way your gonna get that awesome typing experience is to buy it and trust me the Z10 is awesome.

Android is definitely nice, but ive owned a HTC One X, I've owned a Galaxy S3, I've even got a icon pack in the play store.
But I've never been more productive than on a BlackBerry device. As well I'm already running Jellybean 4.2.2 which higher than about 80% of people running droids.
BlackBerry 10.2 is bringing support for 4.2.2, so really, BlackBerry will be ahead of most droid makers when it comes to android software
Either way, I do miss my Paranoid Android Roms some days.

I agree that the blackberry 10 keyboard beats any Android keyboard but a dev came of in with octopus keyboard for jailbroken iPhone and it was awesome. Hopefully someone can make it for Android. TouchPal X has similar feature but you swipe down to space bar. It is nice and a combination of blackberry and swiftkey

htc_ime keyboard

Is there a newer version than .v27 out yet? Tried .v27 and would not bring up the keyboard Love the HTC keyboard more than the small Motorola one.
Download Swiftkey. It is the best keyboard/input I have experienced. Better than Swype.
I don't suppose anyone ever figured this out?
thanks
Dave
I like to know this also this was my favorite keyboard when I had Droid 1

HTC keyboard

Is there any way i can use the HTC keyboard on the sgs 2?
sent from my fat finger
If it's just the looks you're after (which I doubt) then Smart Keyboard Pro has an HTC style skin.
There are 2 in built keyboards on the sgs2 , swype and android, I prefer the android with predictive text as it seems to learn how I spell and mistype

If it fc's, you've downloaded the wrong version I downloaded the one called "2.2" when using it on my Defy with CM7.

Smart Keyboard PRO!
SwiftKey X
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.touchtype.swiftkey&feature=search_result
I am now using the stock moto keyboard on cm7
It is really useful!
can you show the link? i want to try to...thx
+1 for Swiftkey X
It was the first app I bought for my Defy
SwiftKey X gets my vote too. Have been using a variant of SwiftKey for almost a year now. Can't imagine ever using another keyboard.
If you like Swype. SlideIt is pretty cool also.
HTC_IME simply the best!
Has many many customizations and for me the most important thing: very responsive alphanumeric and compact QWERTY modes. I tried many keyboards that have alphanumeric input but all of them are unusable because of lag.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=624416 must have!
Install High resolution version (Froyo/2.2)
i have tried and used many keyboards in the past but i really like the stock one thsat comes with cm71.5. by far and away the best for predictive text and very responsive.
however i installed the new release of swype and man i am sold. i absolutely love it. tried it when it was first released and hated it. it just didnt seem very good. however this version i have now is amazing. lets put it this way there are only a few apps that i really really want on my phone and swype is one of them.
it is just so easy to use and it also has a voice input key if you simply want to talk to it. bloody top stuff and gets my vote as the keyboard to have.
give smart keyboard pro a try. lots of skins, lots of options. great keyboard.
Go keyboard is great
Swiftkey x..the best..

iphone rom for galaxy s2

I moved to galaxy s2 from iphone4 a while back and im missing the iphone ui.
Does anyone know any roms that are like or close to iphone.
Ive already tried miui with iphone theme but dont like it.
Hello
There are various launchers which are available on the Play store which have iphone themes.
I likes the Go Launcher iphone theme.
Thats the closest you can get to an iphone interface.
Cheers
Try Miui

User has specifically mentioned that he has tried MIUI rom and did not like it.
you could try espier launcher frmo the market!
Ive already got espier launcher but thats just a home screen replacement it is good but i want the other stuff such as messaging, contacts, dialer etc etc...
Miui does this but its unstable with lots of force closes on many things including settings.
Ive had go launcher before but not with the iphone theme (all themes seem to have the same layout on go launcher) yhanks anyway does anyone know if any developers are working on an iphone rom?
try out go launcher with the iphone theme!
cheers!
Go Launcher EX and GO Contacts and u have Android iPhone :'(

I know this dosen't answer your question but, you got an android phone now, its all about having the freedom to choose to modify the look and feel of the phone.
why would you want to stick with iphone layout which apple forces on you.
Here's the perfect combo for making your phone into an iPhone, IMO:
1 - ROM - MIUI
2 - Launcher - Espier
3 - Lockscreen - Magic Locker with iPhone Theme
4 - Notifications - iPhone Notifications.
I think this is the closest you can get your phone in to an iPhone. If that doesn't satisfy, then probably nothing will...
I already did that before this post but gotsick of it im now on checkrom awaiting checkrom ics

Fast keyboard with no auto-capitalization and low memory usage

Does anyone know any keyboard like this?
I tried SwiftKey and Swype, but they use too much memory and its laggy. I like this stock keyboard, but there is no option to turn off auto capitalization.. any idea?

on the wildfire? - it's targeted onto tablets if I'm not mistaken - isn't it a bit too errm feature rich for 320x240?
I stick with ICS native keyboard. Pretty fast, quite small and good recognition.

Actually the Hacker's Keyboard has been on the wildfire play store since the wildfire itself first came out, I used it a few times but found the ability to move the keys and change the sizes a little too daunting...
I have seen in htc explorer sense keyboard can swype too, can we used it in htc wildfire with cm7 rom?

I'm using the MultiLing keyboard, its like...600kb *_*, light, lagfree and it may be me but I tend to belive it is faster than the ics keyboard.
Also there's a cute theme option where u can turn it dark so it looks awesome on Gosms pro with ics theme.
try to use smart keybord
I m using smart keyboard too.
Wish it has swype option as well.
