Guys i need some help. Could some one please tell me how to use my external memory as my internal memory coz as you guys know this phone only has 2.5 GB which really sucks so i want to use my use my external memory to install apps and games is that possible ?

I'm on ics v2 and I have 90mb internal left. Its easier to just partition the sd card and use part of that for app storage through the link2sd app. There's a tutorial somewhere on here for it.

Google is our friend, embrace the google . But yes the above link is perfect for what you need. If you create a second partition on your sd card of 1gb, you'll have that much space for apps . Just remember to backup your sd card first cos everything will be deleted when you partition it. Hope you get on well with it!

Everytime you must wait few hours, someone reply everytime... You must be more endurancefull
But, for a reply:
1.) Nothing, on 2.3.3 ROM it doesnt make any sense, because apps on sd are supported natively by OS.
2.) Not neccessary to explain, see 1.)
3.) link2sd is simply linking the app in phone memory to sd card, but app2sd moves the whole app onto sdcard. At the end both has same advantages - frees phone memory. But on some older OS, which didnt support app2sd was able to use link2sd instead.

hello guys I got this cheap tablet for free Empire electronix K701 with only 2 gb internal memory and I have one 16 gb sd card class 10.
Is it possible to put the games/apss on external card??
I also tried to root it but no succes...I used the ZhaoDashi software i connected the tablet but when I try to write the root it fails...
probably because the software didn't recognize the brand of my tablet
Can anyone help me root it or put aps on Sd card?

If your rom supports moving apps to sdcard so use Link2sd app
If you want to move app data to external sdcard use foldermount
But both requires root

You need to know your chipset's brand (try using CPU Identifier, or Google). Then, search for a method for your specific chipset.
Please help guys, i need to swap memory in sduos2 gt s7582 from external to internal. Please dont suggest apps like gl2sd or any other, i just want a swap. Thanks in advance.
