Nope! The pa gapps are rewritten for switching to the different DPI scales contained within each app. They are more optimized if you will.

I haven't noticed any issues yet. Even the long press hold button works. If you do a full nandroid backup before installing you can try it out. Its good enough for me to use until IMILKA gets us an official release. :laugh:

Did a clean install..come from PAC...stucked at paranaoid animation..waiting for 25 mins..no luck..ended up in restoring my PAC.

This is a known issue with the samsung AOSPA build. It happens on the Galaxy S3 I9300 build too. When it happens hold down the power button to reboot it. It will then boot as normal. Doesn't happen every time. Hoping the legend Gokussjx fixes it

Think there is an issue on sound level. I'm getting very low sound on incoming ringtones.

Seems OK here, just called my phone from my GFs mobile and it sounded fine. I will do some further testing. (try swapping to the thor kernel)

Yeah i did that...but when the phone got into the homescreen..i took some pictures..to check if the camera is ok..then i close the cam.open the cam again..check the settings and adjust..then i reboot..after that when i flash gapps i loose some camera settings.only 3 remaining in the settings..the 8mp cam..i dont remember the other 2.. i cannot even zoom using volume keys right after i flash gapps

Resolved my sound issue, faced that due to using custom sound booster apps. After disabled that, sound is perfect.

Does this rom have all the features of the nexus 4 version like all resolution hybrid engine etc? I have it on my nexus 4 its amazing is it just as good? Oh yea does the spen work with this rom.
