Hello, I have the rom Reality Rom since day one and 0 problems, now I find that I have no way to update, I always get the error 8018119B, I tested with the method zune and cab but I get the same error.

Hi, thank you I update only SYS packages, OEM are the same as in DFT 7004 (expect some registry tweaks) EDIT: Well... I just forgot that some registry were different between RGUs and hive in original DFT, but not a lot, just drivers flags and order, and default SD driver is sdmemory.dll instead of LEO_sdmemory.dll and if I remeber correct also backlight driver and settings has some changes

Sorry, this ROM shares mostly the same sources as the firt DFT one, so I don't think so. But I can look at battery driver later, now I must finish kitchen and optimize ROM for normal using

un-check all of the accounts you have set on your phone and then import your sim contacts

when you import your contacts from the sim card it says that they will be added to your win live account
so only if you check the win live contacts you will have in your contacts list both win live contacts and sim contacts
but if you uncheck win live contacts and all the rest
you end up with no contacts at all
if we have a sim contact filter would be great

Just Extract it with 7zip, unlock your Device (Hspl) .Run Rom update utility from folder and Enjoy With Dft Freedom.

I'm getting a CRC error when unpacking either of those linked packages on FINAL.nbh. I've downloaded both in Chrome, FF4, and IE9. Same error each time. Re-upload, please? Thanks for your hard work!
Bluetooth Problem
First off great work on the ROM. It's fantastic that people are trying to crack Windows Phone. Hopefully someday soon we will have the freedoms we had witn Windows Mobile.
The only problem I have found is that when I have the headset jack plugged into a set of external speakers or the MP3 input jack on my stereo it is overriding the audio connections to my bluetooth. If I place a call for instance, Zune pauses like it should, I get the confirmation tones in the BT headset but nobody can hear me and I can't hear the other person. Pressing the BT button on the dialer screen makes no difference either. I can still control the call from BT headset though (call, hold, end, etc). If I unplug from the external speakers the BT headset works as it should.
This was never a problem with the original ROM, NoDo 7004, or Mango 7713. Power cycling does not resolve it either.
Also Zune and phone getting "HTC Update for Windows Phone" message. I know the first post states this ROM will not update via Zune though.
Any thoughts? Anyone else experiencing the same issues?

I had the same EXACT issue with the 20 in 1 language rom, if you install the 5 in 1, its fine. Also the V2 DFT rom works beautifully with no reception issues.

the some latest 7740 ROMs are good but the need a activationcode from microsoft support + music stream/radio apps no works.
here a good alternative to wait on a final 7740 mango rom:

yepp a little contributions- 7004 are not the newest, but on 7004 a lot of not workings on 7740 Roms, works. like music stream + Access to Microsoft Hotmail, Calendar and Contacts + Market Place, without MS activation code ....
SMS works with number format +49171xxxxx and 0171xxxx (also with +xx country prefixes ..........)
+ enter with your LiveID full market place and hotmail account. no activationscode needed
at moment the only useable wp7 rom .......

well i have only the prefix bug, everything other is working at me I am still using mango since the apps and some games don't work an 7004. And I got activation code really easy

I knows, yes. A MANGO ROM version are better, faster + copy/paste and multitask support........
BUT
This ROM is good alternative for poeple, the don´t like to ask microsoft for the activationcode....- full access to windows Live .... EASY to test it .......
just tested few games (try version)

So if i restore to 7.5 and then again update to as i am not in Bangladesh... in other ountry where update 7.8 available, will i able to download Bluetooth and ringtone apps? How can i do it? Please please help.

I updated mine using seveneighter. Was able to get Ringtone Maker, but not Bluetooth Share. Also changing search engine seems to be unavailable.
I'd suggest you to install the latest ROM for your device using Nokia Care Suite. It must be probably 7.8
