Changing the stock kernel isn't really necessary games like Subway Surfer and Temple run should work flawlessly without a custom kernel.
More importantly... You should do a full wipe and wipe dalvik cache after flashing.

First this is section for presenting Apps and Themes. So you are wrong. You should post it in Q&A section (Galaxy S Advance I9070 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting). You search for Troubleshooting as I see. Ok enough lecturing.
Factory reset (I am sure you didn't do it after flashing JB). After that root, install CoCore-E, ThunderZap or SIRI. Change governor to something like PegasusQ (with app No Frill CPU from Play store). Othere solution if just factory reset do not work, exept custom kernel - no.

OOps!!
Thanks for the reply though!

exactly. just put on external then boot into recovery and flash kernel. no need to wipe anything. thats it. now youll have overclocking. you will still need to use setcpu or something else to set oc where you want it since your not on any custom rom. as long as your rooted and booted your good to go!
and not to be mean but next time put this in the q&a threads. just a heads up...be cool.
thnx again
Ok thnx allot....Q&A ? Is that the questions and answer part ? Sorry I thought I wad in the right place......anyways thnx for the help..

Stock ROM is STILL the stablest and WILL be still the stablest.
If you search for the best ROM, there is NO best ROM.
I ask this because I have other devices and in other devices there are plenty of stable and fully functional custom roms.....
Also, I do a little bit of moding on roms, specially on MIUI, therefore I don't understand what is your surprise when people ask a question such as this....

Yes, I just said Stock ROM is/will be the stablest ROM for our device.
¿U mad bro¿
Ynt: GT-S5839i
There is not so much open source drivers for our device especially hw gl drivers. Because of this the custom roms and the stock based roms cant be stable as the stock one. If broadcom releases the drivers bieltv waiting for, may be the cm 7 will be the first faster and stable rom that we were waiting so long...
S5830i Stock + Root + init.d + Ligtning script + Link2SD
ok thanks a lot.
Its a pitty.
Also, 2 questions:
A) is there a way of making bluetooth always discoverable and end the time limit?
This is a pain specially pairing it with my car systems. Should be straight forward.
B) can we change the battery icon to percentage within stock settings?
I can't find anywhere.
UOT kitchen is down for so long and I can't cook a battery icon.
2 stupid limitations from stock roms....
Thanks

If your ROM is deodexed, then yes
How do I confirm off its or not?
It's stock

Did you try to flash another kernel? Not MESA but another one? Or try to reflash the rom.zip without wipe data/factory reset

Hi I know your issue since I faced it.The kernel you are using is bad for this rom.
Use FXP/CM9.1/CM10 Extended kernel for Xperia Mini Pro
This is found in the kernel section.Just see your device and download the latest one.
Then use flash tool to flash it after when you boot into jelly vanilla rom 6.1 make a factory data reset with also erasing mmc
It will solve your problem:good:

your model is wt19i so its Live with Walkman™ phone with code-name-- (coconut)
I don't know but I don't think its advisable then search for any kernel cm10 based apart from mesa, try LuPuS-jB [LINARO 4.7][CM10 BASED],but this one had wi if issues for my mini pro.Give it a shot
looks like you already tried it then??
PS i thought your one was mini pro as well

To reflash the rom, just download the latest cm10.zip for your phone (if it's a live with walkman, wt19i then download the one for coconut) and the gapps (google apps) for android 4.1.2. Now put the two files on your sdcard and reboot in cwm or TWRP recovery. Then you just wipe cache (no data will be lost) and flash the cm10.zip and afterwards the gapps. Reboot and see if the lag still exists
If it still exists you have to change the kernel, or you try another version of MESA

Need Smooth,Light Rom with SG 3 skins, wallpapers and etc

Hello all!
I already try few roms from xda and is not for what im looking for.I want rom like on sg 3 or sg2 , i mean jelly bean. And not that black jb that is on cyanogenmod. Like that http://static.androidnext.de/samsung-galaxy-s3-s-iii-frontal.jpg Is possible ? And is very important to be smooth,fast...Better than stock ?? I guess that is the point of custom roms.Without lag on the menu, browser and etc.To can use skype and facebook on the same time ?? That is possible on stock but i want something fresh ? If someone understand me...Or i will back on stock.I already try miui or something like that but i guess have some problems with cpu setups my screen blinking and i cant use anything...
PS on some roms my battery was drain for2 h.
