[Q] Stuck on Splash Screen, pls help me - Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime

Hey Guys,
I decided to unlock my Prime after a year now.. Today I unlocked it, by using the asus unlock tool and tried to install cmw recovery with Rom Manager.
After that I hit the "Restart into Recovery" button and an Android with an Red triangle appeared. I pressed the power button and hold, to restart the Prime. All fine, I thought and tried to boot into recovery by using vol - and Power.
After that the Prime stucks on Splash Asus Screen and I have no adb or fastboot access. I cant turn it off, it just restarts when I hold the power button.
Im on JB bootloader (nvidea logo on the left bottom).
Can anyone Help me please?

Nvidia logo is never bottom left it will either be bottom center or bottom right.
If it is bottom right then you have installed Cwm which is made for an ICS bootloader onto a JB bootloader and you have now hard bricked yourself.
There are warnings all over this forum about not using Cwm on prime sorry.

Recovery Mode Wont Load

I have TnT Lite 4.4.0 on my tablet now and it is working fine with no issues. I want to install the new honeycomb OS on my tablet but I can not get into recovery mode.
I get the "Recovery Key Detected" in the upper left corner of the screen while the VS Birds logo is on the screen then it got to the next screen w/ gtablet logo, then a black screen loads with a box and status bar, then NOTHING it resets.
Any ideas?
Here are two ideas to consider:
1) are you trying to enter recovery from a powered off state? And are you sure you are holding the volume Plus key and pressing power? When i first got the g tab, I was messed up by the volume Plus and minus keys.
2) while fully booted into your ROM, can you connect to the tablet with ADB? if so, you can use the "adb reboot recovery" command.
Hope this helps.

[Q] How do I get a Transformer Prime into Fastboot?

Me and my friend have been trying to get into fastboot for quite a while on this tablet, but we don't know exactly how to do it. His tablet's bootloader is unlocked, and we're trying to get CWM Recovery on it so he can flash a new ROM, and get rooted.
Anyone can help us out here, thanks. And if you know how to get there, please explain in great detail how to get there. Again, thanks.
Turn the tablet off. Power on while holding the volum down button when you boot it. It will tell you to push up for recovery for 5 seconds and when you ignore that message, you will see the screen change to three icons, the middle one is fastboot and is a usb icon. Press volume down to select the fastboot icon and volume up to open it.
To get into recovery you just power with volume down held until you see the boot screen and text at the top. Press volume up to get to recovery when you see that message on the top of the screen. Ignoring it will take you to the fastboot and wipe everything bootloader screen. You can use the vipermod tool to root and install recovery easily.

[Q] Asus Transformer TF101 - Clockwork Recovery Issue

About a year or so ago I installed Prime (HTJ85B.prime_epad-1.7-20110804) and Kernel ([email protected] #92).
I haven't really used my Transformer that much, but now I'm wanting to use it more and trying to fix an issue I have with it.
Everytime I power it on, I have to do the Power + Vol Down step and then press Volume Up for it to load to Android, but if I simply press Power then it gets stuck at the splash screen and never moves. I've tried rebooting into Recovery from Rom Manager and from holding down Power when the device is on and hitting recovery, but it just reboots and gets stuck on the splash screen.
Wanting to get an updated Rom and all installed, but I cannot figure out how to get to Recovery in order to install it.
Can anyone help with this issue, please?

Thanks for telling ! I had been looking for this information for a long time.
Apparently, my service info says "bootloader unlock allowed: yes", I wonder if it means that I actually unlocked it or that the device would accept me to do it.
I moreover wonder how one can manage to install CM or root its device without using Recovery Mode. I saw on your signature you rooted your device. May I ask how you did that ?

It means your bootloader CAN BE unlocked.
To install a ROM, such as CM, you first unlock your bootloader, then move the ROM zip to your device. After that, you flash the included kernel from the zip with fastboot. Then, you boot into the included recovery from the kernel and flash the whole ROM.

I finally found a solution to my problem : I unlocked the device using flashtool-0.9.11's gui procedure, instead of flashtool's fastboot. It succeeded and I can successfully flash anything I want on the device.
I found your rational approach to my problem useful. It helped me isolate a solution. Thanks !

Galaxy S4 SCH-i545 Only Boot Recovery

My Verizon GS4 won't boot up unless I hold the VOL- and Home button. This wouldn't be a problem if I could boot into Download mode, however I cant. VOL+ Key doesn't work because I dropped my phone, and it says in small blue letter in top left corner of the screen "Recovery Booting" when I don't hold the VOL- and Home button when booting. Please help I cant root or install custom recovery or rom!! I need to downgrade my current firmware but can't do that without download mode. Thanks for the support!

if you can boot into the rom then you need to setup adb
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317790
once you have adb configureded and have a shell running type "su" then "reboot download" into the shell
if you don't already have root you are pretty much screwed until you get the button repaired
