A work in proress is already made.

I'm afraid it can't be done.
Desire X has a dualcore processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon S4) and 768MB RAM.
And in order to make upgrading to JB for Desire X, HTC released a new kernel for this phone 3.0.21.
HTC Desire V has a single core processor, 512 MB RAM and a kernel 3.0.16 which doesn't support JB.
So, if we want JB on this phone, someone has to build a custom kernel to support JB in the first place, and after that we can try a JB based ROM, but I don't think it will work.
Sorry

Everything you guys need is A 3.0 kernel with ION memory allocator, if you guys have that, even Sense 5 can be ported

[IDEA] Installing CM9 (Android 4.0) on Gigabyte GSmart G1345

I recently found out this: https://code.google.com/p/cm9-wildfire-s/downloads/list
Unofficial ROM of CM9 for HTC Wildfire S. G1345's hardware is pretty much the same as Wildfire S' one. The same Qualcomm MSM7227 CPU and 512Mb of RAM on both devices. Also, here we have Clockworck ModRecovery for G1345, so now it's possible to flash ROMs without a signature of manufacturer. Question: is it possible to port CM9 to our devices, or simply flash with this one for Wildfire S? I think the only difference would be the lack of dual-sim support. I found that as the only hardware dfference between Wildfire S and G1345, however, I might be wrong. What do you think about this?
Why dont you try? If it doesn't work you will backup..

[ROM][4.4] [MTK6577 dual core 1ghz]

is there any way to get kitkat on mtk6577 1 ghz processor with 512 mb ram???
any one knows the method or any one has source code??
Still nothing...
I was researching for a very long time, but I didn't find any way to port Android 4.4 on MTK 6577 devices... I think that the latest version of Android for this chipset is Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean- for example: I have Alcatel One Touch 5035D and the latest stock ROM is based on Android 4.1.1 and the latest custom ROM is based on Android 4.2.2...

look here. But Ram is 1 GB.
I don't know how to port but there is kitkat source and kernel...
