Use this rom at your own risk. I'm not responsible if this rom screws up your device. Nobody forced you to use it so if anything goes wrong you are solo responsible!
Requirements:
Unlocked bootloader
Latest baseband
CWM recovery
Latest nAa kernel
Installation:
Perform an Nandroid backup of your current rom
Download rom and gapps
Place rom and gapps on sdcard.
Flash one of mentioned above kernels using latest Flashtool.
Boot to CWM.
Perform a full wipe. Format system/data/cache too.
Flash GingerCrystal-xxx.zip and after that GingerCrystal-gapps.zip in the same way.
Done ! Reboot. (note: first boot will take up to 5 min)
After you boot it, let the rom settle down for at least 2 minutes(better 5;to load up everything).
That's it. You've succesfully flashed GingerCrystal custom Gingerbread rom ! Enjoy in Gingerbread features on shakira.
Visit thread at least once in a 2/3 weeks to keep in touch with latest updates!

So far everything is working nice and smooth other than the video camera showing lines as per usual but everything is working nicely. Little bit of lag here and there but that's more because the ROM just needs to settle I think

I also used the kernel provided and then swithed to doomkernel

I've replaced several libs ics and no success, but now as a developer who is going to fix the rom, then it surely worked.

if not gralloc.delta.so compile the file, the screen never fit the mini Xperia X10

Yes and no, if you are on Alfs wifi wont work, use nAa kernel instead
Btw, do anybody know how to fix the wifi issue on alfs? And maybe can help me make a patch for alfs?

I am using Alfs , but using kernel is about yourself . Test Both and see what is better for you .

I've Arranged LeWa settings and removed unused options like updater, home and etc.
Max 7 items in every page so don't need to scroll in the settings anymore.
Download in attachments.
Install via CWM and remember to make a backup before doing anything.

Guys,
If anybody want LeWa Themes,go to dimspace's thread.I think global themes(Dialer,statusbar icons,msg etc themed)now working with the LeWa latest build
