I know Verizon has cases for the DNA for sale and I can only find leather cases on best deal. Does anyone know any sites that have a case for sale.

HI all-
anybody know of a source for a soft silicone jelly-type shell for the Optimus G yet? I see nothing on Amzer and I've checked Aliexpress as best I can too. Not TPU-type plastic, please. TPU is hard and crack/crush-resistant, but I've had much better success with soft, flexible shock-absorber type shells on my Androids and Blackberries over the last 5+ years..

I got one off ebay which said it was for the e970 but it was really for the sprint version. If it does fit please post it so I can get one.

The Otterbox site has been showing 'Coming Soon' for about a week now, they still aren't taking orders.
I put in an order on eBay for one of these:

The LS970 and E970 are the same layout, the only difference would be the SD+SIM card slot on the E970, but you really don't want that open and exposed anyways right? It cost me a whopping $7 with shipping so we'll see if it does the job.
Best Buy had a case labeled Optimus G. I asked their employee which model it was for and he said ATT. I opened it and put my phone in and there was no way it would fit. ATT version is definitely wider.

That seems to be the crux of the problem - The Spring version and the international version are identical in size so you can use almost any case interchangeably. The AT&T version is slightly wider and rather different from that "norm". Unless there's enough interest, it doesn't seem like anyone is in a hurry to make a decent case for this phone.

Same thing happened to me, heard about another guy that ordered a case form ebay and it didn't fit either.. even though ti claimed it was for AT&T e970.
Can't complain about the phone being wider, AT&T needs that space for the slots that the other versions don't have!
I have a rogers lg optimus g e971 that I unlocked and using it on bell. My question when looking for case for e971 not much on ebay so wondering if the e970 case will work or if other model numbers will work. I just the phone I like protect it but nothing around here sells cases for it. Thanks

Hi well the e971 is also the e973 and e975. It is basically the international version. So the normal one. Pretty much all cases for the e975 should fit. Meaning u have a great selection on cases. From otter box to body clove to case mate and many more. I am a e970 owner and barely have much big brand name cases for mine. I hope I was able to answer your question.

Otterbox only made one case for LG optimus g I had e971
Yeah so you posted this in the wrong forum because this is for the e970 and non of the cases that aren't specially made for the lg g e970 will fit.

I have had on order from Amazon uk the Diztronic Ultra, which is showing a five week wait time. However Cruzerlite listed three at the same cost available for immediate delivery so I bought one which arrived this morning, and to my dismay these are not the Ultra cases but the Matt ones, on the packaging it states NX6-VOY-BLK which I believe it's the Ultra product number, can somebody confirm who owns the case that this is indeed the product number for the Ultra.
Did anybody else on here order one from Cruzerlite and receive the incorrect item?
