Only kernel was changed.
I tried in 22.02 with slauncher and the small app launcher but it doesnt work.
Tnx for your great work...

Or wait for a day or two, PAC 22.1 will be released and, maybe, it's better to make small apps for final relese.

Tnx.

What works and what doesn't?
All the features present in FXP, KXP roms work fine. Only HDMI and panorama isn't working.
Features:
Most current clean AOSP code(JZ054K).
Odexed.
Comes with Google Apps installed.
Has a CM Filemanager and DSP.
Comes with Sony's Xperia T keyboard.
Notice:
This is meant to be as stock as possible, that is why it has no extra framework extensions and it's odexed. As a result I got the best Jellybean build and my rom is marked as a stable build. Don't even ask me for some CM features to be included, I won't add them.
Support:
You get none. Zero. Zip. You are on your own and will have to help each other via this thread. This is provided “as-is”, and if you don’t like it, use other roms. You can report issues there, thay could be fixed in case of rebuild:
http://code.google.com/p/polishblood/issues/list
Remember to attach a logcat if reporting something!
How to install:
Fastboot any of JB kernels to device(I use PAC-Kernel without any issues).
Wipe.
Install rom zip.
Install kernel wifi modules.
Enjoy
Ports or softmods:
I will allow ports or softmods of my rom but I have to know about them. DM me first before publishing
Sources:
Sources for this rom won't be uploaded now. Maybe later I will upload them to my git server. There is a big mess on my GH as I am working on AOSP 4.2 now.
Credits:
FXP for base device config.
CAF for qcom support patches and hardware hals.
Google for AOSP Code.
If you like my work you could donate me a beer or two

The script and some libs need to be replaced for Neo.
Which one is faster/more stable/better in terms of performance, this one or official CM10 or CM10 based ROMs like Super Jelly Bean?
Thanks for making this, mike
Edit: also is it possible to vhange CPU freqs, governors etc.?
This is awesome! Loved aosp ics, so far this looks great too! Thank you mikegapinski!
Will try this great rom later..this means that the aokp kxp build discontinued..thanks for your aosp, this will be great.

Nice release. But I had to install supersu zip manually from recovery (the built in stated that su binary is missing).
BTW. Free ram amount is impressive comparing to CM for example.

How did you make it boot?mate
I tried about 2-3 times
Just stuck on Aokp logo
What am I missing?
I followed a clean wipe including format system, data too before flashing Rom!
I get no error I'm flashing!
But Rom doesn't boot up even after 5- 10 min

I love the rom
Its fast and theres no problem while rebooting to recovery
Everything works fast and smooth and i love the dpi per app
So i would suggest you to:
-include gapps in next version
-include xposed settings to stock settings.apk
and only app that i couldnt change the dpi is framework-res.apk
in there is lockscreen i think
overall great rom keep up the good work
going to test it right now with atis patch. LockedBoot Loader i already have a fast rom! Lets see if this one beats it

BUGS :
- All Slimbean for XU bugs!
FEATURES
Slimbean ROM (www.slimroms.net) was founded with the Introduction of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean bringing the AOSP with famous cherry picks from CyanogenMod, CNA and AOKP code. As the name suggests for itself, this ROM is slimmed out, removing all the useless stuff. Slimbean ROMs are very little in size ~90MB but please don’t go on its size, since someone rightly said; “big surprises come in small packages“. The ROM features ASS (Advanced Slim Settings) based on the CNA Settings layout which can be viewed under System Settings of your device. ASS offers its users with high end modifications and custom features like Interface, Performance, Theme Engine support and Device Settings modifications. Apart from the features that this ROM delivers, it also provides you with Stability, appreciable battery life and performance.
INSTALLATION (1st way) [NOT WORKING METHOD]
Reboot in recovery (if you don't have it in your current rom, flash with fastboot the boot.img from slimbean zip)
Wipe data/factory reset
Flash SlimBean zip
Flash slim-gapps
Reboot - If the recovery asks to fix root permission, choose yes.
INSTALLATION (2nd way) [NOT TESTED METHOD]
Download a kernel for Xperia P (es.Phantom)
Flash it via fastboot
Reboot into CWM
Wipe Data/Factory Reset,Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
Install zip from sd card > select ROM and GApps and install them

Slimbean zip-ports like this one are not allowed, as clearly said in the official website. You need to build it from source.
I was asking extreme modder we could try Porting it ourselves its not that just need to place libs for our phone for Bluetooth WiFi etc

It probably won't be easy at all, as you see replacing some files didn't give you a working rom.
You will need to edit service.jar and framework.jar with smali and baksmali tools, and use logcat a lot. I'll build slimbean for XP from source when I finish my exams
