[Help] USB error in bootloader mode - AT&T HTC One (M7)

Hi, I am trying to unlock my phone but every time I try to connect the device in bootloader mode I get this error in the device manager.
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
A request for the USB BOS descriptor failed.
When I connect the phone normally, everything works fine, and the computer recognizes my phone. Only when I restart into bootloader mode does my computer not recognize the phone.
Does anyone have a solution to this?
I have downloaded all the drivers and htc sync and nothing worked so far.

[Q] HSPL/RSPL installation error

While trying to install HSPL/RSPL in Mozart (as described in http://www.htc-developers.de/viewtopic.php?f=275&t=6159) first there was an error message. After that the connection between the phone & computer was disrupted. Now the computer cannot recognize the phone in the bootloader mode - i.e. there is no USB connection displayed on the screen. So the ROMUpdateUtility cannot access the phone at all. Is there any way to restore the USB connection in the bootloader mode?
Thanks a lot in advance.

Bootloop error, PC does not recognize my phone

I rooted my phone and tried to install TWRP recovery. Somehow, the process continued for hours and at last I removed the battery and put it back, so as to stop the process. I was unable to recover from the bootloop error forever, since then.
My PC (Windows 10) does not recognize my phone when connected via a USB cable. It gives the error- 'USB Device not Recognized (Configuration Descriptor Request Failed)' .
Please help me fix this error.

Pc does not recognize moto x4 in fastboot mode

Hello everyone, before I decide to create a topic in the community I want to report that I tried "everything" to solve my problem, I searched the internet for solutions and nothing, I believe that I will have a light here.
My moto x4 device with android 9 is recognized by the pc when it is on, but in fastboot mode the pc is unable to recognize it, I have already downloaded all the necessary drivers, tested on two different PCs, used all the USB ports, installed the ADB and FASTBOOT, gave the command via cmd to restart in the fastboot, but it simply seems that nothing I do is able to fix this, in the device manager the following information appears:
unknown usb device (device descriptor request failed)
I've tried to update and uninstall, but nothing happened too, remembering that when the device is on it works perfectly on USB.
My operating system is windows 10.
