Fastboot Unlock Stuck - AT&T HTC One (M7)

Just got my 64GB One today and instantly went to HTCDev's website and chose "Other Devices".
Was able to retrieve an unlock code but can't seem to get the phone unlocked.
From what I've gathered, this should take mere seconds.
Is it possible that ATT might have blocked my phone already before shipping out?
I've attached a screenshot.

Bump. Any ideas?

If you have your unlock code you are fine. What are you using to unlock the device?
Sent from my HTC One using xda premium

Correct so far I have 3 sent to me. I'm just using cmd and following htcdev instructions.
So far every attempt has the unlock code stuck.
Is the another method whe're I can apply the unlock code besides cmd

HELP!!! Can't unlock.

Phone will not produce unlock code. Tried terminal but Vibrant will not go pass /is -ad. I think I flashed too many roms?!?!
I think the updates patch the hole the unlock program exploits. So its possible that you did.

That's why the second I saw that it was possible to unlock the phone, I got the unlock codes. You don't have to use them right away, but you should get them in case you ever need them.
Try "samsung galaxy s unlocker". I dont know what your trying to unlock with. this ^ is a market app that requires no terminal commands
Produces the unlock code and saves it to sd

Just call carrier and ask to provide you with the unlock code.. tell them that you travel out of the country and don't want to pay to much on international calls.. might take a couple days but at least you will always have the unlock code.

I forgot about calling the carrier. Thanks alot for you guys help! I had already tried the app but it still did not produce a code and asked if I had a Samsung Galaxy S phone. Disappointing that I couldn't do it myself.

[Q] Unlocking/Rooting an Atrix

Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting an Atrix 4G, and I wanted to know... does rooting your phone unlock it?
If not, how do you unlock the phone without having to go to some unreliable website??b

Rooting just gives you Admin rights to your device.
Unlocking it is a completely different thing. Most people buy an unlock code off of eBay...

cellunlock.net 15 bucks for a moto unlock, enter android50 as your coupon and it's 50% off!
I've unlocked 5 phones in the last month, some codes I got within an hour, one of them took just under 24 hours.
I noticed the other day that ATT now has a link on your account page that spits out the unlock code for free.

Never mind. I just reread the link and it was how to get a code to *UNBLOCK* the sim card, not unlock. I really should wear my glasses more often.

So does unlocking mean it unlocks the phone like a root, or does it mean you can use the phone on any carrier?

[Q] Can't unlock phone; tried every method

I have tried every method that I can think of to SIM unlock my phone. I tried the Galaxy_S Unlock app in the play store, I tried http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1731931 this tool, both didn't work. I'm rooted and running the latest Slimbean build.

So ermm we've learned a valuable lesson here today. Try fixing your issues with every method possible, starting from the simplest ones first. ( i.e. calling your service provider first) that way we save space and people's time reading issues that aren't issues. Good luck, happy flashing.

SIM Unlock

Hello guys,
I just got the new HTC One M8 from AT&T and looking for the SIM unlonk to use it with another GSM carriers.
I need your help to unlock it.
Thank you!
Not sure if there is a free method but I've always used CellUnlocker and have never had a problem:
http://www.cellunlocker.net/htc-unlock.php
Let us know your results!
I used cellunlocker.net over the weekend, to sim unlock my ATT M8, worked flawlessly.
I don't know if you paid full retail at AT&T but if you did why not just get the unlocked version directly from HTC? You'll be free from bloat

I paid for their service to unlock the phone but they were unable to find the code in the primary data base that they use. They sent me an email saying they are looking into the alternative database. Did this happen to you too?
Thank you,

This happened to me as well today. Let's see if they're able to source the code!
Same here..waiting for a different source.

unlockcode247 was actually the first site I tried and they couldn't get the code, cellunlocker.net wasn't able to find the code in the alternative data base either. I was told that the phone is too new so may take a while before the codes are available.

I tried the method posted in the international M8 version. It supposedly worked, but I don't have any other carrier's nano-SIMs to verify. All I have are micro-sims.
The S-OFF and Tampered flag removals both worked for me.

Geez, it increases every time, just like unlockedcode247, but the latter is instant on my M7, just a few minutes you'll have your code, but they don't have my M8, hope this one will generate my code, used three different vendors already. If not, then just change CID? thanks

How long did you have to wait until you got your code? I have been waiting about an hour now after getting the delayed email from them.

Took them about 12 hours. I'm guessing you'll hear from them tomorrow morning. If you're S-off, then there is a thread posted in here with instructions to do it yourself for free.
