Hi, it's because the launcher is overriding the system-level icons. Can't do much about that...

Installed this and tested it on Galaxy Note II running NoveIIa Dos rom. Using BuzzLauncher.
It changes some of the icons but not all. Also both times I have tried to apply an icon pack and select soft reboot the screen goes black, softkeys stay lit up and phone is unresponsive. Had to pull battery both times to reboot.
Wonder why it doesn't theme all icons?
Anything I can do to help troubleshoot, let me know.

Currently, IconThemer does not support icon mask. Hence, it only changes icons which has a proper replacement in the theme.

Working perfectly with my razr hd xt926.I am using xposed theme modes(chromium theme) & aspek icons(with icon themer app), but some icons(phone, text message, google apps etc) already changed by the chromium theme was not changed by the icon themer. So i am getting some most used apps icon which are chromium themed n others which are aspek themed. I think after enabling icon masking with the next version of icon themer app, these problem will no longer remains...

Hi, I've installed Xposed framework APK, installed updates and rebooted. And then I downloaded Icon Themer V1 and it keeps saying backup not found. Went to Xposed Installer I cant install anything, module's tab is empty.
Guidance please!

Hi Everyone. I am very excited to post this thread as I have been spending a great deal of time wrapping all of my magic in to one mass customizable theme. So I present:
THE ULTIMATE REAL ICON THEME v7
FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE!
This theme uses both aroma and vrtheming for the installer making it rom independent. The only complete apk's that are included are google apps which are common on all roms. I have not tested it on all roms so please leave feedback on whatever setups you test it on.
It has not been tested on TWRP yet but it does work on CWM. Some of the customizations may not show through other skins or themes that are applied so the best results will come from a fresh load. It is important you make a nandroid before installing so you can back out if you are not satisfied.
Aroma installers have been known to have problems on the dna where they freeze up or reboot. If the installer did not make it to the last screen that WAITS for you to click reboot, then it didnt finish and you will need to reinstall.
This theme is in its early stages as far as the number of current apk's that are done. The customizable colors all exist so there is plenty to play with. Try as many combinations as you want.

The percent will only work if the dev has the mod in his Rom. And it has to be the hires mod, not the uot kitchen one. I think only ukb has it right now.

an icon for theme (144x144 or as low res as 100x100) to show in the hub navigation

Battery isn't working on viperDNA. Battery is 78% but icon is showing 80%. When installing I picked the option for "if phone has 1% increments"

Go to Settings, personalize, apply Aosp DNA skin
If you only want to install a specific mod make sure you select "no thanks keep me stock" for anything you don't want to install or have already installed
I implemented the vrtheme engine so you can install any of the mods and still keep the stock look, and if you have already installed the theme you can flash it again to choose a different mod without having to reinstall the entire theme
I recommend using a different launcher than Rosie (Nova, Apex, etc...) for the full Aosp look as well as using the Aosp lockscreen

Bugs
SystemUI will forceclose a couple times on fullscreen apps, YouTube etc... This is most likely due to the relocation of the carrier ID and can be fixed but at the expense of the statusbar handle themeing and the location of the carrier ID on the pulldown. (Looking into a fix)
Expanded notifications will show the blue square even when expanded, It'll run the height of the notification. (This might not be fixable because of the way sense is set up)
Expanded notifications spacing is off between them and regular notifications (Working on a fix)
WiFi Icon covers network Icon (This might not be fixable because the way sense is setup)

I just tested out temple run 2 and navigation with no force closes the only ones I've experienced with personally is YouTube when its rotated, it will fc twice then you can watch the videos just fine, and the aosp alarm clock when the alarm goes off it'll fc so I'm not entirely sure what specifically fc I assumed it was all full screen apps but it doesn't appear that way

The pull-down's theme wasn't the right dimensions such as the blue square behind the icon stretched to the right under some of the text. I'm looking to see if this is a problem with the ROM itself. Regular non-320dpi ROM worked much better, thanks.

I believe if you just delete (or uninstall through TiBu) the HTC lockscreen apk then reboot you should have the aosp locksreen with Rosie launcher. You may want to backup the HTC lockscreen apk just in case

No, Sense widgets are only compatible with the Sense launcher

Unfortunately, 320dpi doesn't work at all. But I can deal with that until you may be able to get things working. As much as I love tablet UI, the black status bar and aosp pulldown are so much better than the nasty great base of sense. Thank you so much and great job.

Did you make a nandroid backup before flashing? I forgot to mention that in the op, if not you should be able to dirty flash the Rom again to revert (flash without wiping data, cache etc...)

Thats what I figured. Thanks man. The lockscreen mod doesnt play well with the theme so I have to go back and reflash so I get the AOSP lockscreen and get rid of the mod.

Recommendations:
Nova Users go to settings/look and feel/color theme and set a nice solid blue theme color
Go to developer options and set all three animation scales to 0.5x. See if checking "Force GPU rendering" gives you a better experience
Open SuperSU, go to settings/theme and set theme to dark
Never let the market update Nova, Gmail, YouTube, Dropbox, Hangouts, Play Store, Gnow, Maps, Sprint Voicemail, SuperSU. Wait for me to post a flashable update.
Keep on eye on post 2 for any new developments
Use Titanium backup to freeze/disable those apps you dont like or use. That way, if something goes awry, you can easily unfreeze/re-enable. You have more than enough space. Dont worry about freeing the space by deleting apps blindly.
Download Screen Off and Lock by Katecca from the market. Program a Nova gesture to your Screen Off and Lock and that way you dont have to use a hard button to turn off your phone.
Feel free to use a custom kernel or xposed components, however, I cannot support any issues you may have with the rom.
Try my Odexed Blue TWRP theme in post 2. Flash, tap advanced, tap reload theme.

Themed dialer completed my phone...awesome swesome mod bro.
Love the phone/contacts theme and want to use it but the dialer fc's on HD rls11... contacts works fine though. I'm gunna port it over to these apks and I'll toss you them if you want to add them to the installer

I figured that part wouldnt work for you since its GSM based. But sure, port it over and I'll include it in a special version for verizon. :good:

Youre going about it backwards. The easiest way to do it would simply be to take your SecContacts.apk and replace the .png images with the ones that are in mine.

You didn't change any xmls? If not then you're right I always do a compare in case xml or smali were changed... But if it is just image changes then I'll be good thanks!

Give this a try. Hopefully it'll work out perfectly for you without needing to change any of the xml's around. It will flash right on top of any roms SecContacts.apk and will ONLY change the icons.
I did it with a vr theme zip, so if for whatever reason its not working, there will be a backup in your sdcard folder vrtheme-backup. Just copy the SecContacts.apk file back to your /system/app folder and fix permissions and you'll be back to your original dialer/contacts.
Let me know how it works.

I'll give it a try but I just swapped all the images and the bgs were all still white so I think I at least have to change the colors.xml... no biggie though cause I can deal with what it is for now thanks

Edit: This mod allows bootanimation.zip to load instead of samsung's .qmg. I've included the above 5 bootanimations, but you can now also add your own to /system/media/bootanimation.zip. There's also an option to revert back to your original .qmg boot animation if you'd like.

Great Theme!
This is a great theme. Thank you so much for making and sharing this. One request I would make would be for stock android icons in the status bar. Just a request though, I love this theme either way and it will now be my go to theme! :good:

How do i apply it with theme ? i used emui theme editor but than i configurate the theme it will not appear in the theme app :/

I can test on my honor note 8, if you make blind job, according to 5.0? I am sure many guys will be happy. If it is possible at all? We realy miss black, dark theme on 4.1 emui, specifically for amoled...

Did you even read the first page? It tells you what to do to apply theme.

Love the theme. Thanks! One question, on the messaging app, how do you put your profile picture in the conversation bubbles??? Because I have a profile picture for the owner of the phone (under the users setting) but I can't see that picture in the default SMS app.
