2. Boot to CWM Recovery and mount system and data
3. Install this JellyBean Kernel [in CWM] or a Custom Kernel [Nemesis/SlidingXP/Phantom recommended]
4. Check again if system and data is still mounted after you flashed the Kernel
5. Install the Zip File [You won't lose Data]
6. Boot up the ROM and let it settle a little bit
7. Reboot and install Updates and your preferred Addons in Recovery
No Camera Problem
1. Download this and flash this in CWM and let the Phone boot and check if Camera is there
2. Download this and flash it and now you should have Cybershot 7.9.1 fully working

Battery/Performance
I use Greenify in order to have better Battery Life [Get it on PlayStore]
Go Settings than Developer options
set Window animation scale to .5x [0,5x]
Transition animation scale to .5x [0,5x]
and Animator duration scale to .5x [0,5x]
Resolve Issues
If you encouter Problems after you installed the ROM i advise you to reinstall the
ROM but this time wipe data in CWM Recovery and then reinstall the ROM
