I have an HTC one s with android 4+ and want to use HTC media link H100. It needs perhaps an ROM update, but I can´t find it anywhere, has been removed frm HTC homepage.

I have bought a phone that is HTC desire s G12.
Its a copy of HTC desire s and it mentions on the box that it has android 2.3 or windows
i have no market place option no google play option ...is it even an android ,if yes then what to do to get them ?
