The device you are looking for is NOT available anywhere yet. There is no 850/1900 UMTS Evo 3D right now. There is a 900/2100 in Europe but you won't get ATT 3G on it.
Just be patient and relax. We are all excited and waiting for unlocked GSM models.

Rogers Canada has the one I am looking for jus not unlocked. Negri electronics says they should be getting this model soon. I am on the pre-order list. Jus a lil impatient cause I've played with the cdma version and really like it.

Does the status bar ever show H+ on the international variant or does it max out at "H"?
H is max, never seen h+!
Above H(SDA/SDPA) is LTE(4G) I think.

HSDPA+ cannot be 4G as O2 UK does it. and they have no 4G service yet. Weather or not our radio supports it i don't know.

HTC EVO 3D is also a worldwide GSM band phone. It is available in many countries but do not buy Sprint or Virgin Mobile phone.

The One I found on Amazon doesn't have a label on the top left saying "Sprint" or "Virgin Mobile"
