[Q] Battery issues - AT&T HTC One (M7)

I've been having issues with my battery in two ways. One is that i can NEVER get a screen on time of more than 2.5 hrs. Thats terrible. Even coming from a nexus 4. Here are some screenshots.
Its been on for 8 hours and I've done nothing but browse XDA and the web. I'm running faux kernel. I've tried all the kernels out there including stock and its all the same.

Another is that it takes FOREVER to charge. I let it charge for 11 hrs from ~8% to 100%. My surface and laptop don't take that long to charge...COMBINED. Screenshot:

[Q] Battery overcharging?

Using an Electrify that's been running AOKP builds for a while I started getting an odd problem with charging the battery. I always charge it from my pc and it always goes above 100 percent. Is this a problem? I tried running it down to nothing and charging it back up and I reset the battery in recovery, but it still keeps going past 100. Any ideas on how to get it back to normal? It's driving me nuts. I attached a picture of todays "high" charge.

Battery Life

Just thought I would do a little experiment and see how long I could get the phone to last. This was using it for sending a few texts an hour, a few phone calls, and browsing reddit. I would let it go longer, but I have a flight in a couple of hours and need to have it charged.

As you can see im almost getting 5H of screen time and 3 hours gaming with Wi-Fi ON.
Is it good or almost average?
Thanks :fingers-crossed:

battery life tips?

I need at least 42-46 hours of battery and i can't seem to pass the 35 hour mark. im consistently only getting 32-34 hours and i end up going pretty much half a day with a dead phone due to the fact that my battery life isn't sufficient enough.
any tips to help me achieve my goal? thanks.

When you go to sleep, charge the phone. You will be good the next day. Lol
