Here we go:
1. Move CyanoGenIconPack.zip to the root of your sdcard.
2. Go to CWM recovery.
3. Go to Mounts and Storage and mount everything
4. Install zip and choose CyanoGenIconPack.zip and wait, it will automatically reboot.

I am presenting a new system fonts apk which is 'Samsungsans.apk' that has a lot number of fonts.
Remove the existing one from /system/app and place this one

Now through any root file explorer change permission to rw-r--r--
reboot,
Or you can simply flash this through recovery

Yes, (for safety you can rename the existing SamsungSans as samsungsans.apk.bak
Then place this.)
